Not what it used to be. Mussels are bommbbb but the last time i ordered them they didn’t put garnishes. upstairs servers have always been great and know to check in with their tables for waters. downstairs staff lack water checks. pho used to be packed with meat but now it’s 5 pieces of meat. if i’m substituting my pho meat for a different type of meat i should still be getting the same amount of meat altogether… there’s no reason i should only be getting 5 pieces of meat for a $20 bowl. it’s supposed to be fine dine but the staff they hire are hood. owners and some staff are awesome ppl though.
Went with a friend for a late lunch on a weekend and they seat us upstairs, it wasn't bad but the place felt a little dark compared to the downstairs part of the restaurant which was very sunny with open windows, we both got the tofu pho which was amazing for a vegetarian option, the presentation was nice and the tofu stayed crispy in the broth, we both where very full and happy and had to take the rest to-go.
Nice ambiance. Good music. Great food and they always have some kind of special drink for the season or month. Staff is friendly. They can be delayed when they get busy but that's a testament to their good food.
+ Many other pho places over-do their soup, by either making it too sweet or too salty leaving some odd aftertaste. This is not the case here. We really loved the light taste which lets the ingredients’ flavor to come through.
+ The waygu beef was sliced thin and fairly tender.
+ Lovely atmosphere
- Scallops were too tiny. Literally thumbnail sized.
The food was alright. Nothing too great but nothing bad either.
Order here! Saigon Alley Kitchen is fantastic! What we had: Pork Bahn Mi, chicken Bahn Mi, tofu egg rolls and spring rolls.
Fast, great delivery and delicious, quality food. Highly recommend.
Went in for a bath mi sandwich and was disappointed with the quality of the sandwich no veggies saturated with mayo bread soggy and burnt. Never again will I get a sandwich from them and also paid $15 just for the sandwich and it wasn't prepared correctly.
Best restaurant for Vietnamese food and drinks! Friendly staff and clean environment. Perfect place for a groups or solo lunches! Full bar with fun drinks and in house syrups/extracts. Not your average Asian food place because they have original dishes not seen in other similar restaurants. Great ambiance and lighting.
I really enjoyed the pho.
The beef pho had such amazing flavor. I’ve had pho all over The Bay Area and this one was up there with some of the best ever. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our group and our babies. The bartenders were sweet and made great drinks. It is worth a drive to check this place out.

Incredible pho, nice service, good atmosphere.
Don't get the Beyond Banh Mi, the filling is disappointingly small. The short ribs are also very small.
Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian section and some dishes can be made vegetarian
