This place used to be good. I don’t know what happened. Today i ordered 2 spam masubis . $3/each and THIS is the mess they gave me. Undercooked rice. The rice wasn’t sticky rice . A slab of cut seaweed that taste like paper . Overcooked spam in Saran Wrap. THIS CRAP wasn’t worth $7 plus my tip AT ALL. The menu has changed, prices went up, service went down. Food is gross. I hate spending money on food and it’s cheaply made. I eat these weekly if not every other day. I have had better experiences at Ono Hawaiian and L&L. Do NOT waste your lunch coming here like I did. They don’t even have many Pho options anymore . Just “noodles” The place it used to be, is long gone. Just like the area it’s in.

My go to place. Veggie rice plate, soup and their shrimp rolls are tasty, affordable, and contains a good portion. Feels clean and healthy. I buy from here all the time because of it.

Sometimes you need a little bit more time in ordering, I can understand if there’s a line but while I’m ordering … 1 cst was behind me.I told her most of the time the sandwich is so DRY ask to butter both sides to add more flavor n not make the baguette to dry but looks like that’s the only sauce in my grilled pork banh mi. While I’m ordering my boba… her tone of voice change to an impatient person instead of trying to help a cst figure out her order. Its bad cst service coz she don’t listen and is in a hurry to take an order. She do not recommend. She’s just an order taker.

Banh mi, pho, rice plates, bun, bobas and more! I love grabbing banh mi from this place if I can't drive all the way down to Stockton Blvd. I also love some of their speciality dishes like banh cuon. The texture is perfection. They sporadically have desserts as well. You order and pay first. I also love that there's a little shop on the side for Vietnamese staple items. The openness of the shop along with all the windows is nice. Prices are reasonable for location. They also do party trays. The owner is very sweet. Come support this mom and pop shop.
One of our go to spots for a bahn mi. It's close to home and convenient. They used to stay open later before Covid now they close at 6. I don't like that they charge for the fish sauce now.

Delicious food, amazing vegan options. Vegan pho is delicious! Fried tofu extra crispy with peanut and chili sauce, vegan banh mi & veggie noodle bowl = 10/10

Poor service, do not recommend.I came in because I wanted to try their Bahn mi sandwiches and put in a large to go order of 5 sandwiches plus 3 bowls of pho and 3 orders of spring rolls plus a bunch of things from their store and left a 15% tip for everything. They come back to me after I paid and say they are out of bread and can’t make the sandwiches. It was like 4:30 pm. I sat there and waited for my order and watched as they made multiple sandwiches for the people who ordered after me.Not sure what their problem is but I don’t appreciate being treated like that.
