The last time I came here to eat, I arrived at 3:15pm after work and they charged me the dinner price. When I mentioned it the lady said dinner starts at 3:15pm but it does not say that on the website or listed inside the restaurant. The other lady was rude and said I should have came earlier for the lunch price. Kids unattended around the food and playing with it even though the sign says kids at a certain age need to be accompanied by an adult. Every time I eat here, I have diarrhea. This is the only Chinese buffet close to me but I’m done. You lost a customer. I will make the trip across town for GOOD food and GOOD customer service!

My husband, myself and both of our teens went on Saturday night. It was okay.. until we found someone's fortune, from their cookie in my sons Pepsi that he'd been drinking. I thought we'd be offered a compensation for the drink, but nope. A lot of the untesils and condiments were sticky and dirty. My daughter was looking forward to the Alfredo, which was basically a mayonnaise sauce?? Nothing like Alfredo whatsoever.

My mother, younger brother, and I had the worst service we’ve ever experienced at this restaurant. Despite paying our $70 bill upfront and planning to tip more in cash, the staff seemed upset when they saw our initial $5 tip. They seated us in the back, ignored us, and took over 10 minutes to bring a refill, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The staff was unprofessional, glaring at us an ignoring us the entire time. We had a great experience a year ago, but since then the service has gone down the drain .they need to train there staff better I don't recommend coming here

The food has become very low standard. Tonight qhen we were in there someone was dressed up like Santa and a person with Santa and her kids was coming around asking for money. Never again....$78 for bad food and having people asking you for money. Just because you are dressed up like Mrs Claus its still panhandling.
