Strong suggestion for your re-opening Use Whole Roasted Turkeys, Roast Beef and Whole Bone in Hams Freshly carved! I would be there once a wk. Love everything else! The good ones use fresh roasted meats.

I heard today that Sam’s wouldn’t be reopening and I am pretty bummed out after hearing this news. We have been waiting and hoping for them to open again soon, as it’s such a fun and delicious experience. Thank you for the incredible food over the many, many years of service.

I bought a gift card June 18 2021. I kept waiting for them to reopen but it doesn't look like they will ever open again. I really can't afford to be out this much money. It was a Anniversary gift. What to do? No response from phone calls, letters, nothing!

I have been eating at Sam's Hofbrau Restaurant since 2009. I probably visited more than 100 times and each time except for one I ordered Open-faced Hot Turkey Sandwich. One exception is I had the Prime Rib Dinner. The Prime Rib Dinner was exceptional. Before the remodel, the Open-faced Hot Turkey sandwich was served with mashed potatoes and a Yellow Turkey Gravy. After the remodel, the Open-faced Hot Turkey Sandwich is now served with some form of White Gravy that in my experience of seventy-three years is not Turkey Gravy. The White Gravy tasted like flour and was pasty which totally ruined the meal. Sam's Hofbrau is no longer a Restaurant Of Choice for me because of this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I worked at 3 different sam's in from 1982-86 chef carver. I went to Sam's with my son and the crew didn't know how to cut across the grain it was to tough in the sandwich to chew it was on a Saturday afternoon I won't ever go back we did it right in my day very disappointing. It was dine in.
