Strong suggestion for your re-opening Use Whole Roasted Turkeys, Roast Beef and Whole Bone in Hams Freshly carved! I would be there once a wk. Love everything else! The good ones use fresh roasted meats.
I heard today that Sam’s wouldn’t be reopening and I am pretty bummed out after hearing this news. We have been waiting and hoping for them to open again soon, as it’s such a fun and delicious experience. Thank you for the incredible food over the many, many years of service.
The bite of inflation can certainly be felt here like in other restaurants, but the people were nice and the food is the usual Hof Brau quality. However, I called to order a take out (the online ordering system wasn't working), and when I arrived, the staff didn't even know I had ordered, because no one bothered to check the tickets. So I waited 20 minutes for them to fill my order. I learned that not checking in-coming orders has been an ongoing a problem here and management...
