Turkish coffee and baklava were good. It was a little hot in there when I went. They have bidets which are always a plus. Good little spot with lots of people watching..staff were nice and friendly.

What a gem of a cafe! The drinks and pastries are so flavorful and the cafe has a lovely vibe. We came here two days in a row during a weekend Sacramento trip. Highly recommend checking it out! Try the Yemeni latte.

I love Sanna Cafe! The food is delicious, the teas and coffee are amazing, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The whole place just has such a cozy, good vibe. It’s the perfect spot to relax, study, or hang out with friends. Definitely one of my favorite cafes!

Love the aesthetic and atmosphere of the cafe. However, I will not be back. The got the biscoff latte, pumpkin spice matcha latte, and saffron milk cake. These 3 items were disappointing. The biscoff latte had very slight taste of biscoff. It was however, a good caramel macchiato drink. The pumpkin spice matcha latte was incredibly disappointing and the worst matcha latte I have had in Sacramento. It had no taste of sweetness ( I asked for brown sugar), lacked the pumpkin spice flavor, and tasted like straight up milk. Lastly, the saffron milk cake had fibers of hairs (looks like it was from a towel) on the milk cake. I asked for a new one and they gave me a new one. It also had hair on it. I ate it anyways because I felt bad asking for another one. It did not taste the best sadly and I decided to throw it and the matcha latte away. Wish I spent my $30 elsewhere :(

We randomly stopped by to grab some dessert after seeing this place’s high ratings, and I’m glad we did! It’s a clean and vibrant Yemeni café. My husband got the Biscoff Latte (so good!) and I had the Pumpkin Spice Yemeni Latte. We also tried the small Dubai cheesecake and Pistachio cheesecake. Both were delicious and not too sweet. Loved the décor and design, and the staff were super friendly. No wonder they have a 4.8 rating. We’ll definitely be back!

I am soo greatly disappointed. I have supported this spot from the moment they opened, came to grand opening with 9 of my clients and colleagues and treated them for over few hundreds bucks desserts and coffee, every time i come here i spent $50 to $100. It also became my moms favorite spot. So today we came in together and got 5 different desserts and pistachio coffees. The service was by a lady with long hair, super sweet and polite. We got our order everything looked beautiful, desserts tasted divine EXCEPT one. So without thinking much i politely asked if they would exchange it for something else (perhaps a pistachio milk cake that i always get but was told they were out and then about 15min later it was on display).
I was informed that due to new policy they would not be able to exchange the slice. I understand if I only gotten one dessert and was trying to get refund or something,,, but nevertheless hospitality was not extended to us. For over a year this was one of my favorite spots to come alone, with mom or friends.

Zee prepared HANDS DOWN, one of the best coffees I've ever had in my Entire Life....a Yemini Latte (traditionally served with sugar) with honey.

The pistachio milkcake was Delicious and not super sweet.

Adeni chai--my partner had. Also divine.

We cannot wait for our next adventure up to Sac for live music, where Sana'a Cafe will Mos Def be on our Non-Negotiable Pitstops list.

Everyone who worked here was an absolute delight of kindness, joy and pride.

Sanaa Cafe never disappoints! We always make the drive from Modesto just to enjoy their amazing drinks and desserts — it’s that good. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. You can really tell they put love and care into everything they make. Highly recommend stopping by if you want the best treats around!
