Finally Friday!!! I was craving a sandwich and came here. I tried their Criss Angel Believe Sandwich, and it was awesome! It was just a pastrami sandwich but I wanted it on sourdough bread. It sucked that they were out of provolone cheese, but having it with Swiss cheese worked just fine. The vibe was chill, and the staff were super friendly.

If you are accustomed to sandwich spot in the bay area, don't go here. Sandwich spot used to be a regular lunch place for us when we lived in redwood city. They don't have any of the cool or unusual sandwiches that they have in the bay area. It seems like just a regular sandwich shop. However, I was craving their bomb sauce so I ordered a sandwich from them today. I was shocked by a few things. 1. The bomb sauce is not even the same as bay area locations (or maybe they just gave me the wrong sauce). 2. The bread is not the same. 3. They don't toast the bread even though I selected the option for heated. Instead, they took the sandwich filings and MICROWAVED them until the cheese melted into a liquid puddle and the lettuce was black and wilted and the onions were semi-translucent and then dumped it on untoasted bread. 4. Bacon was microwaved as well, not crisp. A $15 waste of money that has no relationship to the sandwich spot name. Hands down the worst sandwich I've ever had.

Awesome! I ordered a couple of platters for a customer lunch and learn through their website. Very easy to order. I got to the location early because I wanted to eat before I went to the customer. I told them that I was picking up the order but wanted to eat first. I ordered a roast beef sandwich on sweet bread and a drink. The sandwich had a good amount of meat and very tasty. The staff was great.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Taylor. Me and my family just moved here from Columbus, Ohio and have been wanting to try The Sandwich Spot. We'll we didn't know about the everything button or what comes on the sub. On the app it does have that button but we didn't know what that consists of. We also didn't know what a hard bread was and my Husband ordered that, couldn't even bite the bun. My sub was a mess with extra stuff on there that I didn't want and I am allergic to. I called about the 1 sub but they told me that we would have to come in and pick up a replacement. My daughter went in and explained what was wrong with each sub. The lady said let me get a manager and he was rude saying that he wasn't going to replace the subs because this was a business. Then we asked for a refund and he told my daughter that we would have to get through a third party. My daughter came home and I called to explain to the manager what happened. He was very rude and definitely wasn't understanding at all. That was $80 dollars down the drain and I will never eat there again. I tried to give ot a 0 but it wouldn't let me post without a star giving. 000000000 stars

Not sure if it was just a bad time or bad bread. The sourdough roll was dry and crumbly! The servings of deli meat were fantastic right amount of meat to bread ratio.

Ridiculous waiting,was told by staff member that my order will be ready in a few minutes turn into hf hour waiting....terrible management how u treat delivery service and walk in service not equally service.

Clean, well taken care of location. I ordered the Chippendale today, chicken, bacon and avocado on sourdough and it was great. The bread is really fresh. You can make any sandwich a wrap too.

Awesome service here! I've ordered here multiple times with rather large orders for my coworkers and we always end up coming back. The food is always fresh and delicious! And they always helped me carry large orders to my car. Will be coming back!

I like getting this place every once in a while. It’s really good and I am loyal to the number 10 sandwich. Can’t go wrong with their sandwiches imo. I’m always in the area and man, I just have to. Also regarding other reviews, I’m unsure about them but every time I go I get great customer service and the sandwiches take no longer than 15 minutes on the busiest time. So far I like them. Def recommend 5/5

I ordered two sandwiches online, with a pick up time of noon. Mine was missing cheese, the bomb sauce, didn't have the bacon I paid extra for or the cranberry sauce or sprouts we paid for on the other sub. Honestly pretty annoyed, can't even get someone to answer the phone when I tried to call about it. Frankly the roast beef was Subway beef quality. This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience with a Sandwich Spot, but I'm 100% not going back to this location.
