The food was great, the smoked wings and brisket burnt ends were amazing! The watermelon lemonade was tasty as well.

This is our go to spot when we go to Golden 1 for a concert. We have an hour drive so we do not frequent it much. Food is always delicious. One thing I did not appreciate was we like to order small because we're headed to a concert and there's no way to take a to go container. Our plan was to get the taco Tuesday special and some appetizers. We were not informed by hostess or server as we were sat down that the taco Tuesday specials weren't available due to the event that evening. It would've been nice to know when our server came and took our drink orders, that way we could go over the menu a little closer.  The overall experience and food was very good. 

I made reservations thru open table for 4 on OpenTable Ask for a booth , because we were going to order lots of food , which requires more table room. The hostess demanded we sit at a smaller table for 4 because the booths were reserved for 6 people or more . Despite the same hostess brought 2 more sets of 3 people in and sat them at a booth , which had more table space . It was poor customer service , because of open table reservations compared to call sauced restaurant in Sacramento directly . We spoke to the manager on duty who was grateful enough to move us to a larger table , after I explained about what the hostess said and her actions . . So over all fair .

We had a great experience amongst so many genuinely happy people! Everyone was like family! Even the servers, and staff members seemed very happy this past weekend! The food was delicious as always and I was so happy they had the burnt end brisket sweet potato still! We made reservations because we knew it would be an extremely busy weekend. Thank you for a great experience in Downtown Sacramento, the location was perfect as well!

Not as good as last time here. Seems attention to food detail was less. Burnt ends were more like pot roast, stuffed yam, although good, didn't have the same care it seemed. The chicken in the chicken taco was a bit dark from over cooking, although still good. We would likely go back but we didn't leave with the WOW of the first time.

Quick service, and our server did a great job of checking on us throughout our dinner. I had a question about the sauces' ingredients (allergy-related), and she made sure to check with the chef before I ate anything. My boyfriend and I shared a two-meat combo plate, and there was plenty of food for both of us.

Unfortunately now a days it seems to be more costly to eat out. But SAUCED provided excellent service and delicious food! Gotta try it at least just once!

Event night here is always hopping. Key was having reservations. Service and food were great. Drinks were on point too.

Five Stars All the Way! We came here to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be a very fun night! From the moment we walked in, the service was great-warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly without being overbearing. Our server made sure every detail was just right and added special touches to make the celebration feel extra festive. The steak was delicious! Juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly as requested. The appetizers and sides were just as impressive, especially the buffalo cauliflower bites and loaded mashed potatoes. The restaurant has a lively, fun atmosphere that made it feel like a party without being too loud to talk. They even surprised us with a birthday dessert! Highly recommend for a night out, special occasion, or just when you're in the mood for great food and vibes. We'll definitely be back!

For the price, you can find much better and more authentic BBQ elsewhere. Good drinks and hangout spot though in the heart of downtown.

We came right from our son's graduation at Golden 1 and it was right there, so convenient. Our service and food were great. Overall a wonderful experience.

Love ❤️ The Atmosphere -outside dining- heart of "Down Town Sac next to Golden 1 Arena. Service was great 👍 food was great however it had been a few years since we last ate here. Prices up and Food Portions had reduced noticeably.

The Carolina Pulled Pork and Burnt Brisket tips were amazing. You must get the cornbread!! The best I've had anywhere. The Mac and Cheese should not be missed. The spicy watermelon margaritas was amazing. Come ready to eat but leave with food to go!!

Good vibe. Good service. Food was excellent. Would recommend and I would return.
