I ordered the two-meat combo with garlic mashed cornbread and Asian coleslaw the ribs were cold cold cold and burnt, the brisket was more fat than meat the Asian slaw was missing the spicy dressing was plain tasteless and dry, the garlic mashed was burnt and resembled the edges of bread no one eats, wasn't a good experience ordinarily I purchase my bbq from another source but sauced is close to home so I made the horrible costly mistake of taking the short route never again I phoned the manager he hasn't returned my call add it yet finally, DON'T DO IT!!!!

Ordered a Jive sandwich with no avocado. Got extra avocado and was charged $1.50 for it. The sandwich was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s supposed to have bacon (see pic) was all I got. This used to be my favorite place but this was the saddest experience. Prices have gone up and portions got smaller. I would recommend going somewhere else that’s what I will be doing going forward.

This place was great. Not cheap, but directly across from Golden 1. Food and Beer were both very good. Loved the Wings & the Sweet Potato Tots! The young lady who was our bartender/server killed it. We had 20 people and she rocked it. I will update her name when I find it. We were there 3/9 @ 11:30.

The beef sandwich I had was like 50 percent fat. I had to pull all the fat off of it. See pics. What was left was good, but not worth the $25.00 for my 1/2 sandwich and one side. Sorry about the negative review but I did mention that it was tasty just super fatty. One side is fat.

The stoned ground jalapeño grits were everything they just removed them, why when all the reviews say how much people enjoy them. I called one of the locations in San Jose. They said they threw a pot away at the end of the night so they stopped selling them, perhaps making a smaller pot, would help or even charging more to offset the Disposal of them at the end of the night. My husband and I went to one of the locations weekly and now we do not go. He ordered multiple things that’s all I ordered, the grits. He would like to go back, but without the grits I’m not coming with him so we just don’t go, received parking tickets just to eat there traveled 30 minutes plus just to eat there go through a lot to get to those grits and they remove them from the menu. It’s what everyone talks about on their reviews how much they love the grits yet they didn’t check reviews before deciding to remove them from the menu.one of the locations said they exchanged them for green beans and the green beans don’t get any love either.

Customer service is horrible here. All the waiters seem very unhappy and stuck up. Asked for a to go box but they never came back after we paid. After 10mins we asked another waiter. She said she’ll grab a to go for us but just stayed at the front counter talking to her co-worker….

Good was better than expected for Northern Cali and would definitely eat here again. Our server Craig gave us great recommendations and was an amazing server. No bad choices in the menu.
I love this place. Not a huge meat eater, but when I want it, I know where to go. Have 4 stars because they ran out of the burnt ends.
