Horrible service, the food was good but the service was awful. The guy was taking our order and suddenly he walked away and took his break, and then someone else came up and had no clue what we ordered and ended up giving us more food then we ordered and charging us for it. Horrible service

Usually I really love this place. My daughter and I eat here often. But this particular time I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza for my daughter and it made her sick. I believe it gave her food poisoning. Maybe it was leftover pizza that was sitting out for too long. Had it been fresh perhaps this wouldn't have happened. I'm truly disappointed because we use to love eating here but once a place makes you sick you really can't take that chance on vomiting all over again.

I'm quite shocked at how terrible the reviews are. I'm guessing my experience from today was one of the better days. I grew up in the Bay where Sbarro locations were plentiful... fast forward to now and days and they're pretty scarce. So I was thrilled to find out that my trip up to Sac had a location inside the Arden Fair Mall.I had no issues. The line was long but went by quickly. I panicked when I didn't see a Pepperoni pie displayed but not even a minute later, a fresh one was put out. The lady who took my order was really nice. And the young man who rang up my order was very kind as well.I'm sure you all know that Sbarro pizza isn't THE MOST amazing pizza ever but I still love it. It literally tastes like how it did growing up so I say that's a win in my book. If I ever come back to this mall, I'll definitely come back to grab a slice.

Love the food however when trying to tell the worker, Orlando, that I would like the boxes taped close, he proceeded to use stickers that weren’t holding. Orlando rudely informed me to go to the store and buy some tape. A woman came from the back, got some tape, while Orlando continued to get cocky with me. This young man, Orlando, should either be retrained or get him out of a position dealing with the public. ORLANDO WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

The customer service is top notch. My pops thinks the world of their pizza but I think their dough is undercooked. He says I am nuts Mall seating is bad for fat people like me Manger is a sweetheart.
Can’t recommend enough. It’s hard to find restaurants where you know they serve fresh food. Here, they make the food fresh everyday. I literally watched them make my pizza right in front of me! Food is very affordable too. You can get a combo (Slice, Side and Drink) for about 10 dollars, or you can get a single slice for 5 dollars. And the ladies were so nice and friendly, they even upgraded my drink to a large drink. Wish I had a picture of the pizza still but I was so excited to eat it I didn’t even think of it. Trust me when I say it’s hot, fresh, and delicious.

Ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza, the display is of a nice slice with lots of toppings but what you actually get is all dough hardly any pepperoni or cheese, it was barley warm and the crust was tasteless cardboard. I don't know what's happened to this location they use to be good.

Sbarro is the most disgusting place i have ate at in the food court i have seen lots of cockroaches in there food also they serve really old lasagna i have seen first hand also how they treat employees and customers like they dont matter also they do stuff to peoples food as well

Appalling attitude of April.The pizza was just okay, but the service was terrible! I ordered two slices from April who was very distracted. So much so she only cooked one. Then I reiterated my order of two, but she was off doing something else. Mind you I was the only customer there.I asked for a cup of water while she rang me up. Then she charged me for a combo. Seeing that she rang it as a combo, I asked for root beer instead. Cue the atrocious attitude. Don’t know what set her off but she swears at me and calls me names. Says she needs to charge me more. I was so taken aback I just asked for a refund. She said no refunds, and I hadn’t even taken the food or drink yet. She goes on and on about not caring and there is no manager here and just going off calling me names. Atrocious attitude.I just left. There are plenty of options to eat here at the mall.
