Our waiter didn’t check on us even once the entire time we were there. Service was completely inattentive. On top of that, I noticed a small bug — didn’t say anything at the time since it’s a seafood place, but it definitely made me lose my appetite. Overall, really disappointing experience.

Absolutely crushed to leave this review. We have been to the newer location 5 times. We have had two very poor experiences out of the 5 the last of which will be our final visit.
Atmosphere, would have rated higher but for example, the host/hostess station clearly suffered an impact and it's falling apart upon entering the building.
We made reservations and were sat at the side bar area...
The reservations were for our 10 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY which I made clear when booking, as well as requested champagne to be chilling at our table on arrival.
NO MENTION OF ANNIVERSARY, NO CHAMPAIGN, I even reviewed their menu and specified the bottle or if not available the price point.
I ordered a ribeye medium rare. Came out well done, my wife ordered a filet mignon medium, came out rare, not blue but close... We both ordered a lobster tail on the side. THE SMALLEST lobster known to man, I think it was a large prawn placed on a lobster tail exoskeleton. 😂 So disappointing. Baby surf and over/(under)cooked turf.
We ordered appetizers drinks mains and desserts spent almost $400 and had an awful experience. This place has gone to hell. It used to be amazing. Of the past 5 visits two were awful, 2 were average and one was great.
It's not worth the gamble. I'll never go back. We always celebrate at Rudy's Hideaway when we want seafood. I wish I WISH I would have taken my wife there for our special night rather than get a Applebee's level experience. So sad.

Having survived both the indignities of air travel and the temporal sorcery of time zones, I sought solace in Scott’s Seafood Grill & Bar’s Happy Hour beside Westin. Alas, where happiness, like legroom, remained chiefly theoretical. The surroundings were pleasant enough, though the chill conspired against any noble promenade.
Smash Burger, alas, proved more eulogy than epiphany, a fallen patty whose chief seasoning was disappointment. Its fries, however, gleamed with celestial grace, as though heaven itself had momentarily taken up frying. Yet for every golden fry that lifted the spirit, the burger dragged it solemnly back to earth.
It may be churlish to expect grandeur from a ten dollar burger particularly in a seafood house but one cannot help mourning the ghost of what might have been.
As for the cocktails, they entered with promise and departed with apology, spirits in name alone, leaving me to wonder if the bartender was not, in truth, the evening’s most tragic playwright.

We loved our dinner here! We shared the octopus appetizer and it was so good we shared a second. The sangria and paper plane were both divine. Only reason it’s four stars is that even after we paid with a card, there was a charge to our room. We got it taken care of but still. Felt shady.

We had a server that may have been new, therefore service was spotty to say the least. Everyone's meals were excellent! I told server I was allergic to fish, and my salad came out with anchovies on it. Hopefully he will find his way as a server! We love sitting by the windows with a river view.
We arrive at 7:30pm and our main meal did not come until 9:10pm. We did not receive our food in a timely manner. We were unable to eat our main meal. We did not receive one of our appetizers.
Visit with my sister, brother in law and friend George

My wife and I recently celebrated an anniversary by dining at Scott’s. The menu was fine, the wine good, the atmosphere lovely. We had the seafood tower, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The parking situation was a bit confusing at first, but that was the only downside. If you’re just there for dinner, ask the valet where the free parking for dinner guests is.
However, this review is for our waiter AJ. On our drive home we discussed and realized how amazing he was. AJ was always unobtrusive while also arriving at our table at exactly the right moment; he seemed to have a sixth sense about anticipating our next order and was charming and friendly to boot. The perfect combination of knowing when to approach and why.
At the end of our meal he brought us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary. A nice touch by both the restaurant and AJ.
I recommend making reservations and eating a nice dinner there. Ask to be seated in AJs section. 👍

AJ was a super good server who was very attentive. They always seemed to know when to appear! Everything we needed just appeared without anyone thinking about it.
