We were unaware that the menu was "buffet only". I looked at the website several times & did not notice this ever mentioned. We are both on a strict diet and would never have made reservations for a buffet due to our diet limitations. The food was good but $250.00 is quite high since we were unable to participate in most of the foods being offered.
It was Easter Sunday and it was a buffet. Caught me off guard. The food was pretty good overall. It was very busy and loud inside. I'll be back though. I like their food and will return for their regular menu.
The Best Easter Brunch Buffet with my family. Staff welcomed us in with our reservations we were seated quickly and started with bottomless mimosas and the buffet was amazing , quality and taste from Prime rib down to desserts wow will certainly look forward to next event soon
The per person charge doubled and is now $90 per person! Quite a shock when we received the bill which I expected to be perhaps a little higher than previous years around $45-$50 but not 90!
Absolutely loved our time at Scott's Seafood. I requested outside seating to overlook the river for my boyfriends birthday and got exactly that. The server was great and food amazing! The coffee and dessert topped off the evening, can't wait to go back.
I ordered a New York Strip steak and got slices of roast beef hidden by a gravy and mushrooms. It was cooked well-done instead of my requested "medium" and had massive amounts of unchew-able gristle. I do not send things back because it would ruin the evening for my wife and make her uncomfortable, not knowing what to do with her seafood, with her only choices being to eat without me, or to have her seafood destroyed by sitting under heat lamps until mine was re-done. I have no idea what I was served.
Adjacent to the Sacramento River and part of the Westin Hotel, its an incredible venue for special occasions. The food and service were great.....and the I couldn't ask for a better experience for my Mother's 91st Birthday!!! At the conclusion of the meal, they gave my mother a bottle of Champagne to take home, which was extremely thoughtful.
Rude check in by that blonde girl, very rude woman.
Bread they gave was atrocious
and some potatoes in the octopus tasted foul.
The Mexicans waitress (overweight) too loud, and rude
Just before she brought the check her attitude changed.
very bad experience.

Brunch was great. We started with coconut shrimp. After awhile I tried the steak and eggs. I was very happy.

as we were checked in a bit early for our reservations a colored employee wearing glasses asked us if we needed any help, we inform him we were a little early and he proceeded to verify our reservations and told us we could either wait at the bar area or be seated early, we opted to be seated, he then left and never returned only to find out that he was one of the wait staff. we waited another 15 mins and a white girl in a red dress asked if we needed any help. repeated the same to her as being a bit early and she stated we could be seated earlier than our reservations if there were any cancellations or wait in the bar area. after 20 min being seated in the bar area not one employee assisted us in getting a couple of drinks and we noticed all the dining room employees were distracted talking to each other and never payed any attention to guests at the bar or walking in the restaurant. no signage stating the dining room is open for business at 11 am to include employees not stating the hours to patrons waiting or just walking in. SSF is in need in stepping up their game or loose customers due to piss poor management and employees. the food is mediocre and service was POOR.
