Ordered the chicken bacon pizza and it was really good, lots of seating inside and outside. Order at the counter and they deliver your food to your table. Parking lot was full so waited a few min or park on

Today I ordered curbside take out, a pizza and a burger with fries. The burger was $14 and the fries $3.50. The burger and fries were very disappointing for that price the fries tasted like they were steamed vs fried and the burger was very small. Have ordered pizzas that were incredibe in the past here but definitely wasn't one of those days. I won't be likely to order again any time soon. Not sure why people love overpriced small portions so much. Sellands what happened?

Food was served tepid, veggies from the deli case served undercooked. Pleasant enough atmosphere, but disappointing food.

Interesting place that I've been to, has a very cafeteria feel to it. Tables are first come first serve. You can see all of the food in the clear refrigerators and you order first before you sit down. There was a line already formed before they even opened on a Thursday. Ordered a tuna melt but it was already a bit cooled down when I got it. Food was just okay, nothing special. Everything was self serve including the water. Maybe I'll try something different if there is a next time.

My niece took me to Sellands for my birthday. We both had a tuna sandwich. The bread was handmade and the tuna was very fresh and tasty. There is a thin pickle slice and purple onions on the sandwich. The perfect addition . We also shared an order of crispy fries. Very hot and crispy. Top quality ingredients. I will definitely go there again.

I got a $100 gift card for Christmas so I wanted to try the market cafe instead of Obo's where I had dinner before. We ordered a tuna melt, a burger, and a cheese pizza. It's not bad food but it's not amazing either. Service is not what I like in a restaurant: you get your own water, forks and knives... they bring the plate to your table, at least. The pastries looked good but we didn't try. Ambiance was calm, not crowded on a Sunday afternoon

Delicious salads and sandwich options! Large outdoor seating area is a bonus on temperate days. Wheat bread is delicious.Parking can be challenging during busy lunch hours.

Loved this place from the moment I walked up to the front doors. It smells amazing, and then you walk into such a bright, clean, and very beautiful restaurant! All the smiles on the faces of the staff make for such a comfortable feeling. All of their food looks and smells so fresh and tasty! I seriously can't wait for my next trip to this place, it's so good! The passion fruit tea was so refreshing, and my BLTA was delicious.

Make sure you plan on waiting. The ambience here is great. Nice place to dine as a family especially if you have younger kids. The service just keeps getting slow and slower and slower. On Sunday we came, ordered by 530 and the food arrived to the table at 615. 2-salads, a sandwich and some chicken. No pizza, anything that would need to baked etc. Would love to keep supporting this business but this seems to be the norm not the exception from our last few visits. Seems to be a lot of staff? But perhaps it's due to staffing, who knows. Hope they can improve it.

So I eat here once in a while but a recent visit prompted me to update my five year old review because this restaurant is clearly practicing "shrink-flation". I can't believe how small their portions have become especially the salmon. Looks to be 3-4 ounces hardly enough to satisfy the hunger of an average person for $12? For a restaurant that isn't full service the value is lacking. Won't be going back any time soon.

Food was good. Kind of pricey $14.50 for a Turkey Avo Sanwhich no side no drink.
