Busy Friday night- but the team was wonderful! I accidentally ordered incorrect and didn’t claim a reward properly- the manager took care of my order and was super kind about my mistake. We love our local shake shack. Thank you! … and the Big Shack is delicious!!

Horrible i ordered my food & got the special Christmas cookie milkshake & I went to the restroom only to come out to find my food & milkshake thrown away in the trash I paid $21.17 for my meal & the manager wouldn't make me a new milkshake. My milkshake was still brand new I only took 2 drinks off of it.. & All the manager could do is tell me sorry I ca.t do anything for you. To go online & leave an email asking for a refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

So if u ever come here to eat dont ever leave ur food at the table and go to the restroom otherwise you'll end up like me wit everything thrown away & the manager telling u sorry there's nothing I can.do about it...

The Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Fries, Lemonade, and Shakes are Super Yummy!!! Never Disappointed when I come to this location! The Staff is friendly, service is fast, facility is always clean, and the bathroom is always clean! LOVE IT HERE!!!🔥💚🫶🏽💚🥰

Got the Shack Stack, cheese fries and a Sticky Toffee Pudding shake. The burger was oozing with cheese and so delicious! The shake was also very sweet and creamy.

Food is always hot and fresh, never disappoints. Service is pretty quick as well. And I love that as you wait for your food, there's games you can play.

I'd say the food is great but the service i had tonight was absolutely phenomenal. Tory i think that was her name was very patient and was wonderful in general. She was the sweetest. Thank you for the great service!

All burgers are salty, sweet treats are too sweets. I ordered Avocado Chicken burger, the avocado is missing. They refunded it but no sorry heard from the manager. Just disappointed!

He had a great time at Shake Shack today. Jasmine helped us along the way. She gave my son crayons to draw with and set him up with jenga as we waited. He had such a great time. Plus he devoured his cheeseburger!! The food was great, the service was even better
