This was my first time coming to this coffee house, I didn't even know that it exists there until my girlfriend told me about it. The place is very clean. The employees were extremely nice. It has a good atmosphere, quiet, a good place to go have coffee.

The best experience! The latte was a bit sweet for me but really good, and the barista offered to make me a new one to take to the airport. My friends and my sourdough sandwiches are amazing! I feel very welcomed and homey!

Coffee was just ok, asked for it to go but got it in a mug which ended up being ok because it took over 30min to get the sandwich I ordered. Place was half empty but still took forever, also it was kind of smokey inside, probably wouldn't come here again but willing to give it another shot

Such a cool spot with great service and good. First time here but definitely not last. You will wait for the food since they are making it fresh but it’s with the small amount of waiting.

The staff was lovely, and the while place has a relaxed vibe that still has personality. I had the Garden Highway grilled cheese and the veggies tasted fresh. The s’mores latte was delicious and not too sweet! Loved it here!

Cannot wait to get back to Sac and get my Shift fix! Deliciously crafted coffee alongside the most divine grilled cheese I've ever had. Plus, the kindest, genuine staff. Love me some Shift. 💜

Firehouse 20 and lavender lemonade were delicious. This was our first visit and we determined that we could probably eat our way though the menu. We will be back.

Food here is great, unfortunately the young African American lady that's there has a very nasty attitude.

Met a friend at the cafe this morning. We enjoyed a latte and a flat white--pretty art. Shared the delicious bacon egg and grilled cheese sandwich. Good choice for breakfast. I enjoyed working from out in the hallway for some privacy due to our topic of conversation--wifi was strong enough to reach. I also appreciate that the staff spoke a little Spanish to my friend. It made her feel more comfortable as an English language learner. Thank you (gracias).

Interesting place , I like the decor and the atmosphere and the coffee was great. They have a beautiful little garden outside to escape.
