Good friends turned me on to Shift and I have brought in at least six other friends. This has become my new favorite coffee shop! The grilled cheese sandwiches are delicious. I also love trying new lattes. They have very imaginative ones, and I've loved every one I've had so far. The owner and his staff make you feel welcome and important too. Parking is very easy--on the sidewalk in front of the building that Shift shares with Big Idea Theatre. Check it out!

I asked for my usual double shot over ice in a large cup with extra ice, at which point the cashier said they don’t do that anymore. When I looked confused and asked again, you, the owner, turned around with full attitude to tell me that you aren’t doing that anymore because people were turning it into lattes.
You should be ashamed of yourself for speaking to me as though I was the one cheating the system. If you’re being taken advantage of, that anger should not have been directed at me.
I came back to my school with the news that I was treated as though I was the one finessing the system. I’ve been a regular customer at this coffee shop because I am a local teacher. I’ve already notified all staff, admin, and counselors at our professional development meeting of your unkindness and now I’m notifying the rest of the world.
Least to say, we will all be taking our hard-earned money elsewhere.

This was my first time coming to this coffee house, I didn't even know that it exists there until my girlfriend told me about it. The place is very clean. The employees were extremely nice. It has a good atmosphere, quiet, a good place to go have coffee.

The best experience! The latte was a bit sweet for me but really good, and the barista offered to make me a new one to take to the airport. My friends and my sourdough sandwiches are amazing! I feel very welcomed and homey!
Coffee was just ok, asked for it to go but got it in a mug which ended up being ok because it took over 30min to get the sandwich I ordered. Place was half empty but still took forever, also it was kind of smokey inside, probably wouldn't come here again but willing to give it another shot

The staff was lovely, and the while place has a relaxed vibe that still has personality. I had the Garden Highway grilled cheese and the veggies tasted fresh. The s’mores latte was delicious and not too sweet! Loved it here!
