Sizzler in Natomas has the manager amber and lunch crew. Food is always ready for pickup. Enough condiments for toast and rolls. Even the toothpicks are great!

Front desk is rude. Waiter "Majd" is rude (and he's only waiting like 3 tables - place is dead), and I'm literally watching the cook put half of the food being served into the microwave from my table.I will not be coming back to this location ever.

Wait time longer than an hour for DoorDash when the restaurant was completely EMPTY. Worker at the front was not personable at all. Employees in the kitchen were talking amongst themselves while i waited for OVER AN HOUR. Many other DoorDashers experienced the same issue. Very bad service.

Overcooked lobster tail, tough steak, found hair in food, mushrooms in butter when brought out, server forgot napkins, and manager allowed an idiot to have a conversation with his girlfriend on speakerphone. All during COVID reopening. She also put the riots in Minneapolis on the tv as dining entertainment... First and last visit.

There employees are RUDE and stuck up and will talk s*** straight to your face when its there mess up!! When asking for a manger they said they are the manger .This is unreal! NEVER AGAIN! short older Mexican guy with glasses is the cause of this review also the blonde hair lady who says she was the manger . There mangers but talking s*** to there customers that pay 60$ plus for a meal. They had. A sign hanging to call to pick up or order and when I called they where surprised I called and said well the doors open. Well you have it posted for nobody to come in to call and your gonna get mad at me then call me names! No wonder they are a 3 star. Some people do not need to be working.

Decent salad bar, it's what you'd expect from a Sizzler. The mixing station I've never seen before and has some really good toppings like artichoke hearts and avocado. Dessert was nice. The main downside to this place is the main entrees outside the salad bar are way overpriced.
I go to this marvelous restaurant every couple of days because I love the special air that is outline this restaurant. The crew is highly welcoming and experienced. The service is deeply quick. Also, the food they serve is exceptionaly good. I came often and I was always happy. The payment is reasobable. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

Excellent choice for lunch or dinner. I love coming here for a quick lunch where I can just buy an unlimited salad bar meal for about $10. With the variety available, its actually a better deal than going to Panera for my usual soup and salad. If I'm in the mood for steak, there are some great choices available. The steak I recently ordered was moist and tender so my compliments to the chef! this restaurant is clean, spacious, and the staff are very friendly. Parking is very easy or a quick walk from many surrounding workplaces.

Everything was fresh and delicious. They added a premium salad bar station with extras like shrimp, avocado ,quinoa, kalamata olives, and feta. The premium ingredients reminded me of when i used to go to Fresh Choice when I was a kid.

If you want better taste and better quality go to the Florin Road location next to Walmart. Croutons were stale, salad dressing lacked flavor, I tossed 2 plates of salad thinking it was just a bad dressing. Won't frequent this location ever again. Only thing I enjoyed was the cheese toast (only option available) where you have more choices at Florin. To finish this off "cherry on top" I went to get chocolate ice cream... and there was none.

Had lunch here on Sunday the salad bar lettuce was nasty looking, we were not offered garlic toast, baked potato was not what we had ordered, slow service never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks, unlimited shrimp took forever to get and when we spoke with manager she asked what we wanted her to do... never going back to that Sizzler location. Very dissatisfied with food and service for as much as it cost us.
