Excellent choice of fresh vegetables, 3 meat selections. Includes sm bowl of fried rice and small veggie roll for each diner. Very enjoyable Mongolian bowl! Definitely eat here again!

This place had the worst customer service ever! They will just flat out ignore you when you’re asking questions. One guy was attempting to get his food cooked longer as it was still raw and the cook just ignored him! The general feeling in the restaurant is that they don’t want you there. It’s a buffet so you don’t have wait staff but the contact you do have makes you wish you’d gone somewhere else. The food was fine nothing bad but nothing spectacular either and definitely not worth the rude staff. Save your money for people that actually want your business.

Went to this establishment on 3/9/25 for lunch with my daughter. We will NEVER go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND. The food was good, except the egg rolls literally had no flavor. Also the “ fried rice” looked like just white rice with a few peas in it, and maybe flavored with a little salt?? Never had fried rice so plain and bland in flavor. Besides the food, the angry/ hostile man at the cash register and the men cooking were very rude to customers and even to the young woman working there serving/cleaning tables. We experienced the rudeness first hand and witnessed it also directed at other customers and their own staff. I ordered all you can eat and the man aggressively grabbed my hand to stamp it, was apparently angry to be there and not at all friendly or welcoming. Then the bowl they give you is the size of a standard cereal bowl and you are supposed to put everything in it to be cooked. After adding frozen rolled up meat and noodles the bowl is pretty full. So I asked for a second bowl for the raw vegetables ( cabbage, broccoli, onions, carrots, etc.) the girl working there was admonished for giving me another bowl, even though I paid for all you can eat. Anyway, after it is cooked it is served in a larger bowl, but even with two bowls of raw food, the final serving bowl was half full. Why not give folks the larger bowl to start? I felt like they were cheating folks that pay for a single serving rather than all you can eat. People had to stack raw veggies so high it was ridiculous, and then to end up with less than half a bowl. Worse than the cheating people, the rudeness of the men was beyond acceptable. We watched the men cooking completely ignore a customer whose food was undercooked. Just ignored him when everyone could clearly hear the customer. I will never go back. Too many options to be treated with hostility and disrespect. Normally the first sign of rudeness we would have left but due to a low sugar episode stayed to get food.

Food is pretty mid at best, but we'd gone a few times since this is the closest Mongolian BBQ to us, but the service at our last visit was horrible. We paid the all you can eat price and when my husband went to get a second bowl they demanded a receipt, which we couldn't locate, and they told us too bad. Won't be back just because the cashier was so incredibly rude and demeaning to us. Would give 0 stars for the service if I could.

Food was good (all you can eat). If you like Mongolian, you’ll like this place. Staff are a bit snappy and frowney for some reason so be ready for that! Place was clean!
The food was ok, nothing to write home to momma about. Cashier didn't speak English so I think that was a huge problem and she was rude if that was a lady I'm not sure not trying to be disrespectful.
Vegetarian options: I didn't have any meat and I was very happy with all of the veggies options.

We placed an order online and did not notice there were two separate locations. We called as soon as we noticed to cancel and they refused to cancel our order.

Showed up at 8:34pm and were told we couldn’t dine-in (because they close at 9pm). Told them we only wanted to go through one-time anyhow, they still said “take out” only.
They ran out of rice, at a Mongolian BBQ joint.
Food - good. Customer service - poor.

Food is great customer service is absent. If you want some good food this is the place to come, but if you’re looking to have people treat you nicely and feel comfortable maybe not the place to come to.
Crazy how they want you to tip them but treat you like doodoo!

Terrible service, this was my first time here, lady gave me to go bowl and kept saying “to go” repeatedly when I had a different question, wouldn’t let me speak. I tried asking the guy for help but he kept pointing to her instead. I read the sign says to go orders come with rice and egg rolls, I asked her for it but she ignored me.

This was one of the first few times I’ve had 4/5
Mongolian BBQ. I like this style of choosing your own ingredients like traditional Mongolian barbecue, the flavor was good. My only complaint is that it is very steep in price. For the portion you get it is not worth the 20+ dollars that you spent there , I like that the establishment is organized in terms of seating, and it is clean and hygienic

Food was gas but I paid for all you can eat and the ladies at the front tried to tell me I only ordered the one bowl after I attempt to get seconds. They tried to make me provide a receipt despite not getting one in the first place. After going back and forth and being yelled at by the ladies at the front they told me I would have to pay $5 more than what I originally paid for WHAT I ORDERED. NEVER COME HERE.

The guy cooking your bowls for an extremely rude and unpleasant. The lady that rang me up for the all you can eat kept yelling “Are you all you can eat” every time I went up to get another bowl. Wouldn’t be a big deal but there was 2 people in the entire restaurantThe grill left a nasty burnt taste in the food. Sauces had no flavor no matter how much you added to it. Everything was so bland.Save your money and time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING $15~$20 here
