Great location, friendly'ish staff, and the meal was priced reasonably. My most pressing issue is the place is not very clean. Every vent, fan, sprinkler, decoration, and the ceiling were caked with dust. And I mean HEAVY layers that require pressure washing. Because I noticed all of this mid slice, I wasn't able to finish my meal. A deep clean will do this place good.

As soon as I was greeted by the employee at the register with such warmth and happiness that was making me feel all warm inside, I should have run for the hills. I am almost certain it was the manager lady at the register, but being stubborn as I am, I wanted some crappy, cold, soggy pizza so I stayed.
Not too long after I placed my order, my order was already ready. Who on gods green earth does that. I will tell you who. Attentive hard working employees. What is wrong with these people. Would it be so hard to let the order sit for a while and let the food get cold.
Now on to the Pizza. I am so upset right now. The freaking pizza was incredible and tasted so good that I actually had to let it get cold and soggy because it was causing me to get in a better mood.
For the love of God, I am not asking for much but for people to just be more lazy, make bad pizza and not be so happy all the time. This is so unbelievable. I am blaming every single employee that was there for this. It is your fault. I don't know how you're going to deal with this but you have forced my hand now and I have to give you five stars!

I was charged for a “to go” box. This making the cost of a small OLD pepperoni slice over $8.00. I took three napkins (no charge for napkins)—I had to use the napkins to remove the dripping grease. Never again……

The pizza was absolutely phenomenal, especially the Banh Mi pizza. I hope they never get rid of it. Can't sleep on the side items either, I'm usually a sucker for mozzarella sticks, which were very, very good. Macaroni bites, though, the macaroni bites were life changing. I brought my girlfriend on a lunch date, and we both demolished an order each. They were to die for. These macaroni bites were unforgettable. I could go on and on about them. Service was as friendly as possible, too. Great people, great food, great location. Nothing bad to speak of tbh! I just can't wait to go again.🙏

Each slice of pizza rings out at about 8$ and is comparable to the size of a Costco pizza slice. They are generous with the pepperoni helpings and the pizza isn’t bad. It’s a small store with one register and one pick up counter. A soda costs about 2$ in total it’s not too bad for food in the old town area but in my opinion too expensive for a slice.

TERRIBLE service!!! Don’t go here!!! placed an order over the phone and after accepting the order upon arrival they informed me that half of the of the order was not available understandably. Instead of just apologizing and asking for a substitute they went out of their way to embarrass me and make a mockery of me because I didn’t wanna pay for or take something that I didn’t order. They literally got the entire restaurants attention to ask if they wanted the food I “waisted”….. Both the male and female workers were extremely rude and lack good customer service skills…..
Came with my girlfriend and ordered two slices of pepperoni and the Mac Bites. Every inch of the pizza was covered in pepperoni and they were perfectly cooked and slightly crunchy. Portions were great for two people and the service was quick. Would absolutely recommend

We were determined to find this place as it was relocated and it was defintely worth searching for, after we nearly settled for another pizzeria nearby. When you want to order by the slice, this is the place to go. Great pizza that was ready before our group of 4 could even settle into our seats. The staff as a whole provided a great experience, but Larry raised the bar when he offered us to complete his Memory Quiz as we ate. It is truly so meaningful that he sees the opportunity for a group of people to engage in such a fun way while enjoying a great slice of pizza, like the game night we haven't made time to schedule otherwise. He even took the time to grade our answers after, which could bring up some not so fun memories from school for some of us, but truly you could tell he loves engaging with customers over it. It was the best part of our visit to Old Sac and we will not think twice about revisiting. Thank you to the whole team for setting the tone for the day!
