EDIT: Dropped from 5 stars to 2. LOOK AT THE GREASE ON THE BAG! Drain those tater tots after they come out of the fryer! Smash Burger is going to poison the community by feeding them fries and tots soaked in vegetable oil.
Chicken burger patty was gray athis locationnd disgusting. I started visiting more often and the customer service has gone down significantly when a certain employee is working. The heavyset woman who works the register in the afternoons (tue-thurs) between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. also prepares and hands out the orders after they're cooked. The other day she was coughing non-stop. Wearing no mask and obviously handling food and napkins. It was a little concerning as you would think especially after covid that the employee would be required to not show up if they're sick, or at least wear a mask if they're coughing constantly. Today I ordered when there was no one else in the restaurant, and proceeded to watch two or three doordash orders get sent out first, and then the two people who ordered after me get their food. Noticing that when she works the customer service suffers, so after numerous fails I decided to post about it. Hoping the manager or someone in charge sees this.
