Ordered online to pick up my burger on my lunch break. When I came in the employee informed me that the system was down, totally understandable. I asked what I could do as I already paid and placed an order, the employee snapped back with attitude and said he would not be able to do anything for me and to call. He made it very clear he was not interested in helping. Horrible customer service.

Hella expensive and poor food quality! $12-13 for just a burger on its own its craZy!! Drinks and fries are a extra cost its weird that its not include as a combo to me? We added fries and burgers for the family and they ended up getting our order wrong giving us garlic fries. We spent $85.00 for our family and it was SO not worth it to us... We wont be back!

Worst service in awhile standing waiting for my to go order which I was waiting on 15 min just a side to complete. Three people walkin waiting for someone to take there order but the 2 behind the counter never even acknowledged them. All 3 walked out I don't blame them. When I got back to the office cold burger. Mostly not going back.

Vegetarian options: They have black bean patties, but they are not seasoned enough to completely mimic a regular patty.
There hamburgers are the best. Especially the truffle burger.The shoestring onion rings are sooooo good. Always great service. Always friendly and have many choices of burgers to choose from.

This chain used to serve great tasting beef, but now you just get over salty, undercooked beef, smashed or whatever. So now the beef is just a salty, really greasy mush with no beef flavor, drowning in sauce. They used to serve beef patties with delicious crispy edges and delicious cooked beef flavor. The quality definitely decreasing; their prices definitely increasing. That's a bad combination. Farewell, so long.

Food was good. Great service. Tables were sticky and restaurant in general just felt dirty. Aside from that, it was a good experience. I went after what I assume was a lunch rush, so that could explain the dirty feel.
