Ordered online came inside to pick up. I pressed red button like they told me too. Took them 15 to respond. Then it toon them another 14-20 min to give me my order. On top of that they tried giving my order to peoples in the stalls outside. Worst experience ever.

This is a terrible place to get fast food! "Fast" is not a word that exists in this establishment's dictionary. My family and I waited for 30 minutes at the drive through...and we got so fed up that we just decided to drive out and through! I don't care if they serve good food...if this is the lackadaisical service you'll get, better turn around and go someplace else. This is a terrible place. I wouldn't be surprised if this business fails...

This Sonic location exhibited the slowest service I have ever encountered, with staff seemingly unconcerned about customer wait times. Our drive-thru experience exceeded 30 minutes.

Second trip there, first time ever ordering and using the app. I ordered the SuperSONIC Burrito Combo along with a Sausage Breakfast Toaster. Followed the process and went to a space gave them parking info and waited. Don't know how long the order from placing but total time there was about 9 minutes. I just chilled there after a long morning at work before heading home.

Sonic continues to amaze me with their excellent service and food! Actually, I didn't know they had one in Delta Shores but I would definitely recommend Sonic to family and friends. Quick service and excellent food 👌

They routinely close 45 min to 1 hour early. At ANY given time of day they block the drive through with cones and you aren't allowed to use it. They also often block off all but 1-5 of the car stalls and refuse to let anyone place an order. I can only assume management is trying to run very short on staffing costs, which must make it a terrible work environment. That alone is reason enough for my family to stop going there. It will save us the drive, which we have made many times, just to find out if we are *allowed* to be customers or not. BYE B.

Especially with all these bad reviews I wanted to make sure my experience was noted. We came around 6 pm on a Wednesday because I saw a commercial on TV about a bacon smash burger. I work in a restaurant that serves amazing burgers but this meal stood out to me. I can’t tell you enough how much I enjoyed this burger. Perfectly cooked THIN patties (which I prefer), CRISPY bacon, perfect amount of mayo, fresh veggies with a side of the smash sauce. The chili cheese fries were amazing. We had a caramel fudge milkshake that was delicious and big enough for me and my kids to enjoy. The service was great as we parked in a stall and she came out to grab the cash, deliver the order and then a third time because I asked for jalapeños too late. She was so sweet! I wish I grabbed her name because leaving positive reviews instead of only negative ones is just as important! I gave her a few dollars because I wanted to but also because you should TIP PEOPLE WHO DO SERVICE FOR YOU WHEN YOU COULD HAVE JUST STAYED HOME AND SERVED YOURSELF. I wish more people would do that and appreciate the effort. My meal and experience here was excellent, either all these negative reviews have ridiculously high standards or are just looking for something to complain about like most people do these days and who have never worked the industry. Patience, kindness, and simple appreciation are all free and this world should try and be more kind. Thank you from a customer who WILL be back.

Both my friend and I went here for dinner and it’s 4:22AM and were both have stomach aches. Both of us have thrown up and we’re just hoping to get through the night. Sonic was a bad dinner choice.

Horrible service, a young girl working the drive through had the audacity to mock my child whom was stuttering because the girl was being rude and rushing my kids! Saying things such as “ima need a flavor “! Do better training these kids!!! Unacceptable and degrading behavior!!!
