AVOID AT ALL COST! Every time I've been to this location there has been something wrong with the order and have waited for 20 to 25 minutes to get our food regardless of what we've ordered. Today I ordered a medium limeade and waited 18 minutes for it just to get home to discover it was a diet sprite with lime in it!

I was here last night with the family and had a pretty hefty order. Esteban was super polite and really friendly answering all the questions my kids had with great attitude. After I got my food I Left him a tip and he was really grateful for it. We will be back and hopefully we get Esteban to serve us again. :)

I LOVE Sonic, but this is by far the WORST Sonic I have ever been to. Unfortunately, it’s the only one near EG. I’ve tried it multiple times since it has opened - food always takes forever and they forget items, customer service is horrible, and it honestly stresses me out. And just when I decide to give it another try a few months later, I’m reminded. It’s gotta be bad management because I love Sonic in general and never get this horrible experience at any other location.

We ordered medium double bacon combo meals. The burgers were ok, the buns were smashed & the medium fry size was more like a small. Estanfanie was really nice & polite when she brought our meal out. Maybe your meal will be better than ours 🤞

I skipped the gym and found myself in the Sonic drive thru. Kicking myself for my poor health choice I was bumming myself out before I even got the dopamine inducing food I was craving. Then Stephen showed up at the window, totally made me feel good as a customer and with a great smile turned my self-criticism into a chance to give myself a break and actually enjoy my food. No surprise he greeted me even more gracious for my patronage upon my return a few minutes later for dessert! Thank you Stephen, you should move up the customer service ladder and be managing others before you know it!

THIS SONIC WASN'T DESIGNED WITH ANY INTELLIGENCE AND YOU WANNA KNOW WHY BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TAP TO PAY THE SEATS ARE ALL NOT COMFORTABLE AND EVERY TIME YOU HAVE TO USE THE BATHROOM YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE UNLOCK IT FOR YOU HOW STUPID IS THAT.

Waited for a while after paying $22 for the pickle burger meal. Check out the pics. It was so sloppy and disgusting looking I threw it right in the trash. The tots were soggy so they went in the trash, too. The slushy was meh so I tossed that, too. It was a bummer cos I was looking forward to that pickle burger. This was my first and last time at Sonic.

The burger was genuinely good—hot, flavorful, and built right. Fries? Also solid, but I paid for a large and got what looked like a medium, so there’s that. Still, the food was the only thing that didn’t feel like a letdown.

Tried to order an Oreo shake—they were out of Oreos. No warning. Just “we don’t have it.” Fine. Ordered something else. When it came out, they casually told us there was no whipped cream either. That’s not customer service—that’s fast food gaslighting.

Then came the restroom issue. I politely asked one employee if she could unlock the bathroom so my girlfriend could use it—she looked at me and walked away without a word. Asked someone else and got, “When I have time.” Not busy. Not apologetic. Just indifferent.

The lobby was filthy. Trash bins full, tables sticky, not a clean spot in sight. It felt more abandoned than managed.

Only my second time at a Sonic, and honestly? I’m out. No matter how good the burger is, I’m not jumping through hoops to eat in a place that treats customers like background noise. Food should come with respect and basic cleanliness—neither of which showed up no wonder that In n Out is always swamped, they smoke and are polite, meanwhile Sonic just takes everything good about a burger joint and makes you wish you ordered pizza instead. Lesson learned.

We waited for 30min for four drinks that never got made. The inside ordering system is a joke to say the least. There was three other people that never got there orders and people after us got there's.We asked to speak to the manger and he was completely incompetent and unprofessional and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. All he said is we will get a refund in 2-3 days. Didn't even offer to do his job and make the drinks.. DO BETTER!!!!
