Worst place to take out , took them 30 mins to get the food ready , their machines weren’t working so they took are credit card inside to make a payment still they couldn’t then told us to go through drive thru to wait an another 15 mins, never again

Please hire more people, sonic should be doing business like it's in & out neighbor if for no other reason then it's uniqueness but the insanity of the slow service definitely destroys a more robust business. Case in point, 9:06pm. I got in drive-thru at 8:32pm. Each car sits at speaker 5 minutes and then again at window. I wish I was exaggerating. 9:06 and still a car in front of me. 9:17, so nothing is nuclear hot like they were waiting on fryer, ham burger isnt off the grill hot. So what is going on? I counted 3 employees which isn't enough, but I'm hard pressed to believe I by myself could have been slower

This place is horrible. I wait almost 25 minutes and they haven’t finish my order and it just 1 burger combo, and there only 3 car at the spot.

This location sucks . Are they just chronically understaffed ?? Since they’ve opened it always takes soooooo long. Like what’s the point of the drive through line if I’m waiting 30 min either way.

Very slow even with few cars ordering be like 1 car in drive thru 1 or 2 in parking lot using machine and still take 25min and fries / peppers over cooked

just close the place down at this point: barely anyone working there to the point it’ll take you 20 mins to receive the simplest of orders, if you want anything to happen you more than likely will have to go in there except there’s no area to get service indoors so you have to go straight to the kitchen, management doesn’t seem to care about their employees which contributes to lack of staff, and if you order at the stalls don’t even bother; nobody will remember you. this place is slower than if you were to just make the food yourself. this is NOT how you Sonic, call this place Audacity drive in instead.

Waited 30 minutes for some fries got them. They were cold asked the lady about it and she laughed in our face. Terrible customer service do not go here unless you wanna wait for a long time

they are probably understaffed, the folks who work here are nice but messed up our order and took a while. but keep in mind its a busy area and they have TWO drive through lines. great jalapeno poppers though. didn't ask for a refund, its fast food man, chill

Delta Shore Sonic needs HELP!
Seriously, hire people. Hire me!
Takes so long to order, to receive the food and top of that always out of menu items! Why?

I noticed when I order from $1.99 menu for my kids cause they eat so little (drive-tru ladies) always say “We don’t have that menu here”; excuse me? Then where do you have it at? 😁

Get help, no apologies, make some moves!
You guys are at Delta Shore the newest nice shopping center, update your service please!

“They should just bulldoze this place and turn it into extra parking, because that’s all I ever end up doing here anyway — parking. Every time I try to get food, I leave with nothing but regrets and an empty stomach.

The worst part? It’s right across from Sonic is an In-N-Out, so you get to watch 30 cars glide through the drive-thrus like a NASCAR pit crew while you’re still sitting there wondering if your order got lost in a black hole.

This place isn’t just slow — it’s sub-Sonic.”

This location seems to be very understaffed during peak hours. The team there works as quickly as they can but a drive thru order of 3 items really shouldn’t take ~ 35 minutes. The food and drinks themselves aren’t bad. I would recommend if you don’t see any other customers in line or want to spend time in your car.
