The food gave us food poisoning and the service was horrible they took forever with our order and they miss our fries and we ask for plan hot dogs and they did not give us plan .

One word….Underwhelming! I never leave reviews but today I had to as I was in line reading reviews. This was probably my 3rd time visiting but absolutely my last. I can say the wait was faster than usual which I was relieved about! The staff was friendly. But I knew my simple order was going to be wrong from the beginning. First, they didn’t have the correct patties for the burger. I confirmed that they can provide grilled onions which of course my burger didn’t have. No lettuce please, but of course the burger was filled with it. No ketchup please, but again, my burger was filled with it. And the icing on the cake, can I substitute my bun for a toaster bun, and of course, that too was incorrect. As someone that works in tech, this is why automation and robotics is taking over. Wishing them the best of luck. Sad because my son loves Sonic (the character) and was thrilled to support but he’s over it too as an 8yo.

I showed up to this Sonic location, brand new, just opened and frankly, it was a disaster. A total mess. You wouldn’t believe it.

We pull up and there’s ONE car ahead of us. One! Should be easy, right? Wrong. We sit there for about 15 minutes just to get to the intercom. Nobody moving, nobody talking, nothing. Finally we get to the intercom and the employee tells us to wait. Okay, fine, we’re patient people. Then he tells us to pull up to the window.

So we do. And we wait… and wait… and wait. Thirty minutes total before we even speak to an employee. Thirty minutes! For fast food. Incredible.

Then it gets worse. The guy who told us to pull forward suddenly pretends he never said it when the manager comes over. Just flat-out denies it. The manager, Ethan, who clearly looks like some kind of shift manager, not a real manager, tells us the only solution is for us to go back to the back of the line… after four other cars had already pulled in behind us.

Think about that. We waited half an hour because of their mistake, and their brilliant solution was “start over.” Amazing customer service, really tremendous, if you’re trying to lose customers.

Ethan shouldn’t be managing anything. The guy taking orders, clearly his buddy, was dishonest and completely unprofessional. Both of them should be fired.

The place just opened and it’s already completely screwed up. If this is how they run things now, I can’t imagine how bad it’ll be in a few months.

Terrible experience. Avoid this Sonic.

Go to the one in Roseville!

The wait time for the order is excessive. They regularly get orders wrong or mixed up with another customers. I dont recommend this location.

After waiting a couple minutes for someone to talk to me on the intercom, they asked me to please wait 2-3 minutes to take my order. What? Why? Just take the order. I ended up waiting for nearly 40 minutes for 2 shakes and an order of onion rings. Are there not enough workers or are they not trained right? What really gets me is that most of the reviews are just like mine. Super, super, super slow service! Can management fix this problem??

Over priced for the quantity of the servings. Waited at the menu board for ten minutes. Couldn't copy what the order taker because he was releasing his button too fast. When I got to the window it was like listening to an auctioneer. Long wait at the pickup window as well. It seems that their system is way dysfunctional. Its going to be hard to go back to this particular sonic. 3 small size combo meals with a burger on the side 50 bucks and a 30 minute wait with only three cars in line.. They didn't respond to the dining room menu board or the park and order so they were really off their game. I hope they can turn it around. It takes ALOT and I mean ALOT for me to be this harsh. Sorry guys.

Maybe they should hire someone that knows what they're doing. Food ehhhh and service is double ehhhhh! I love waiting in drive thru for 15 min with 1 car ahead of me. I was so excited for them to come because they're a block away but I'd rather drive to the one in Roseville!

I had a really good experience at this Sonic. The service was fast and friendly, and the food came out fresh and tasted great. Everything was made exactly how I ordered it.
I also want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Ethan he was really nice and professional. You can tell he actually cares about customers and the quality of service.
Overall, great food, great service, and a great team. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Fries were oily like they had been reheated.. burger was so so. I had high expectations. Was super anxious to try it. But was very disappointed. Probably will not eat at sonic again. At least not this one

Had to push the button and ask where my drinks were.
