The lady who just made my salad did a sloppy job she was rushing the whole thing she didn't even take my order before just making it she didn't ask if I wanted certain things it was just a bad experience and I will not be returning actually I might just go back a return this thrown together

False advertising and unwillingness to honor their posted prices. This has happened to me 3 times this past year as they are rapidly increasing their prices. I ordered my sandwich and the price came in higher than what is posted on the menu. I pointed it out and the person working said, “that’s taxes”, I pointed out that their monitor facing me shows the price and tax separately so no, they are charging more. The employee immediately became agitated that I was asking why it’s okay for them to charge more than the posted prices. No willingness to budge and honor the listed prices they have on the wall. They had the other employee remove the price, that was up there from the last time I pointed out they were charging different than posted price. I asked for them to remove the difference, they responded saying, “just because that’s what’s posted?” She did end up removing the extra pricing, but was not a pleasant experience.Yes, if the business has a posted price it is fully expected that the business honors that price. I get that management is not taking the necessary actions of updating their board and just using paper to cover old prices, but don’t get frustrated when customers expect the posted price.

I've eaten here at least five times in the past three weeks and every single time the sandwich is delicious and SO well made. It's the perfect quick and easy lunch spot that tastes super fresh. Very friendly staff every time I've visited too.

So I went here for lunch today (I work in the plaza but I tore my acl so I try not to walk so much) and it was cold even tho it's a hot sandwich so I walked back over and received immediate help from a nice lady I forgot to ask her name but the time is Sunday November 19th at now 1pm, she was quick to help me and a delight, as for the little dude behind the counter note to self maybe wait until the customer leaves to start talking shit about them, because I asked if I can give the other sandwich to the homeless but he had already thrown it away (which is wasteful and honestly regulations changed after Covid so the sandwich shouldn't even have been taken if we want to get technical) nobody is trying to scam y'all out of a mediocre sandwich lol I spend $40 on 2 mid sandwiches today if anyone is a scammer it's not me so over all 3/10 on the sandwich because it wasn't even worth the inconvenience but cold it wasn't even edible to me. 10/10 from the lady's service and positive attitude, 0/10 for little dude telling the lady to do a million things while barely doing anything himself and then talking smack while I walk out lol like do better little man syndrome. One star just for the lady the rest of em fell short because I'd only come back here for her not even the sandwich in my experience. As for my partner she enjoyed her turkey peso sandwich she said it was good however she's happy she ordered extra meat or it wouldn't be enough, and she couldn't really taste the pesto so I'll add a star for her experience. Peppercinis not the freshest or the produce for the garden salads. Update just tried the salad my my partner just threw up all her food very bad not sure what's wrong with the lettuce.

Connie is the absolute best. She makes my day every time I see her smiling face and great attitude. She has my sandwich memorized and makes it perfectly. I love seeing her on my lunch breaks. I would come less if it weren't for her.

I would say compared to similar sandwich places this one is a bit more pricey for what you get. Great quality of food though.

Didn't try the sandwiches but they make an excellent grilled chicken caesar salad

I really like the sandwiches here but they really do not have enough workers or something. To no fault of the worker working right now, this place just got packed. He is taking orders and making sandwiches, im actually suprised he isn't getting over whelmed and just walking out because this company didn't schedule engine else but him. The wait is crazy long for sandwiches right now because of the negligence of this company. I feel super bad for the worker!!! This company needs to get it together because this is ridiculous...

I came in to spend my hard earned money on a sourdough sandwich. Take into account that I was on my 10 min break from Amazon. I told the worker that I was in a hurry and if she could make my sandwich fast. Idk, but for some reason, she took their time making my sandwich. It took 16 and 27 seconds to make my meal (I timed it). Would not come back here again after this encounter.

It was nothing to write home about. The Clam Chowder had a taste I can't explain. It was just Nasty! The Pasteami sandwich was alright. Nothing that make me want to go again.

Not the same quality as Sourdough & Co. don't be fooled by this imitator! It's a shame, too, because they're right down the street from us; but it's better to drive a mile more and get quality food elsewhere.

I want my money back! I ordered 2, 8" veggie sandwiches with NO tomato due to my TOMATO ALLERGY and I received tomatoes on both of them. I also purchased extra avocado and didn't get any on either sandwich.

Went to the Marconi store On January 13th. I ordered a platter of sixteen 4 inch sandwiches on Thursday with an 11 a.m. pickup on Friday. I am the Director of a nearby library and was doing lunch for a Director's meeting. When I went to pick the order up at 11 a.m. I was told that they forgot my order. 20 minutes later and they threw it together. They had no plates or utensils that I also ordered. Worst of all my platter wasn't a platter at all. They just put it in a bag. My meal presentation for the meeting they made me late to wasn't a platter but a bag of sandwiches. Not good. You should get what you order not a last minute sloppy rush job.

Delicious sandwiches. I love sourdough so maybe I'm biased. And the bread tastes so fresh.

Positive: The sourdough roll was perfection. ? I love a good crusty baguette, & this really did make my entire day. I will probably be back for the bread alone. Friendly employees who greeted me with warm smiles were a close 2nd.Negative: Sandwich was not as expected. Ordered a pesto turkey using online ordering system. My pesto sandwich arrived sans pesto, which feels like a pretty significant ingredient to miss if mentioned in the title! ? Like other reviewers have mentioned, I was expecting a little more turkey on the sandwich for the price, but still tasty... just not as expected.
