I used to be a loyal customer for 2+ years here until one day the owner messed everything up all by themself. She (owner lady with the tattooed eyebrows) was food prepping while a woman was taking my order. I have severe food allergy to egg and dairy so I always ask for no mayonnaise or house made sauces. The woman did not understand that I wanted a dry sandwich and to just add avacado to it bc that’s enough for me to make it wet. She kept judging me for not wanting sauce even though I said it’s due to egg allergy, she kept asking me over and over if I wanted mayonnaise and this means she has no idea egg is in mayonnaise. She repeated my order back to me, it was correct, then she rang it in and I paid. I was the only customer there so the food came right to me, I go to my car to eat it, I take a fat bite and swallow and low and behold there’s mayonnaise in my sandwich and no bread for my salad. I’m just offended and appalled because it took over 5 minutes to take my order when it was a sandwich and salad so either the staff doesn’t listen because they have a competency issue, or they did not care that I had an allergy and deliberately gave me mayonnaise. I went back inside the demanded a refund and ended up getting sick and throwing up in the bathroom. I ended up sick right away because I haven’t had any egg products since I was a kid and my stomach was too sensitive while empty. Just a terrible experience. The owner lady told me she was the one who made my sandwich and she told me she recognized me and thought she had my order memorized so she didn’t even read the ticket when making my order. Wow. So it it’s a ego competency issue or a hate target issue? What worker and even owner doesn’t read what the heck they’re supposed to make before making it. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I ended up having to throw up as the result of this locations terrible staff. I get the shakes every time I have to drive by this place. Don’t come here.

I never dine in here, just pick up sandwiches on my way to work. I love the way they make turkey and avocado with their house spread, and the sourdough is so good! I like that I can call in my sandwich on the way to work and pay cash when I get there. They are usually really busy, and sometimes there is a wait, but they get the food out as fast as they can

OMGSH, my Turkey and cranberry sandwich on sourdough was SO DELICIOUS!! The bread was so soft and flavorful. Added fresh jalapeños. I had no idea I'd enjoy this sandwich spot so much! Very friendly service too.

My son and I ate lunch here last week and both got the roast beef sandwich. He got his hot and I got mine cold. The cold was definitely better. The roast beef was very good quality and the roll was awesome. The only thing holding me back from giving them 5 stars is the portion size of meat. Neither of us get any cheese or vegetables in our sandwiches. They put 3 oz of meat in your sandwich and when you order extra they add another ounce. This might be enough if you get the whole salad thing on it, but it's a little light if you are a meat and mayonnaise kind of person. The service was good - we went to the one on Howe. Overall it's worth the trip.

Excellent customer service. The manager Kelly takes care of the customer along with the business. My clam chowder bowl was fresh. Sourdough bread was baked perfectly not too hard and not too soft. Store was clean and I'll definitely be coming back again! Thank you Kelly!

I ordered a large caesar salad which according to the website should come with croutons and 3 slices of bread. I checked my bag after driving back to work and noticed it was missing those two things. I had to go back on my lunch break . As I'm mentioning what happened to the girl at the counter the older lady with short blonde hair overheard and cut me off and very loudly and rudely said "we haven't put croutons in our salads for a long time" which is fine but perhaps the website should be updated ? Then said sorry i have "new staff" it was an odd and unprofessional response especially coming from a manager unfortunately I will not be returning if this is how she treats customers and "new staff"

Amazing food and service!! We got the smoked brisket sandwich which was so yummy and tasty, we also got the caprese sandwich which we added turkey to and it was absolutely amazing, the mozzarella was thick and soft and it was just so refreshing on such a hot day!

This one is probably the best location, the sandwich's at sour dough and co are always good but the lady working today made it extra nice, I had just left the hospital where my 2 year old had her leg cast removed for the first time after wearing it for the last month (she broke it jumping on a trampoline )and so we went to lunch to celebrate and while we were ordering my daughter seen the cookies on display and then the lady asked if she could give her one. My daughter was super happy and little did the worker even know she helped make her celebration a little better. Keep up the great customer service
