Poor customer service. It took more than 45 minutes to get few sandwiches.
Additionally, our order was given to another customer who opened it and returned to them. Instead of making a new order an employee tried to give the returned order to us. We had to tell them to make a new order.
It concerns me that during the pandemic staff are not careful about validating the orders before giving out to customers to avoid incidents like this and waste of food.
