Small hole in the wall restaurant but many options for take out and some counter seating. Food is all very delicious, pho is satisfying, kimbab, Korean food, I wish I could try them all. An easy stop for a snack or meal. I’m glad I found this place. Prices very reasonable too!

Amazing service and really delicious food! I usually get a few items from the hot deli case (love kimbap and japchae) and chicken pho! They did such an excellent job utilizing a small space with fantastic decor and pieces! I especially love sitting outside while my to-go order is getting made. Tables and chairs definitely remind me of traveling through Southeast Asia!

I love this place!
I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed them sooner (perhaps subconsciously I was trying to ensure they weren’t sold out of all of their food by the time I get there!?) but they deserve all of the praise they get for their food and service.

Their kimbap is the closest I have had to my mom’s homemade, and their tuna mayo kimbap made me tear up recently because that was a special one my mom used to make for my dad before she passed away last year.

It’s clear the food is made with care and the intention is to create authentic and at home flavors. Which they nail-at least from my 45+ years on this planet eating Korean food. I also appreciate some of the fusion dishes and soups, as they also ring true to the food from my travels in Asia.

Everything is quality, packaged well and served with friendliness.

They do have very limited seating so that’s the only downside; plan accordingly! But I personally like to take my food to go and curl up on the couch with my eyes closed savoring every bite. Reminds me of home!

Delicious food both ready to grab and made to order. The place is so cute. They really made the most out of a small space and made it cozy and special. You can watch them make all your food right in front of you and everything has been so good. I highly recommend.

My partner and I came here for a casual date night, and it was wonderful. The servers were attentive without hovering, and they made thoughtful recommendations. The grilled pork with rice and the lemongrass chicken were both perfectly seasoned. The intimate seating, soft lanterns, and light Vietnamese music created a charming, romantic setting.

It’s a super cute, super quaint little diner style Korean/Vietnamese restaurant. They have prepared kimbap and a few items in the deli fridge.

Hands down, Southside Super has way better pho than Sitlo and them. The broth actually tastes like it’s been simmering for hours—full of flavor, not thin or bland. Everything hits: noodles, meat, herbs, the whole bowl. If you really love pho, you’ll taste the difference immediately.

They were out of practically everything hours before close and then I ordered takeout and it took over 45 mins. They gave me no warning it would take so long.

I was slightly disappointed that for $17 the chicken pho that I got had a very scant amount of protein. I’m talking less than an ounce. That seems a little unbelievable considering that it’s almost $20 after taxes. I mean the quality was good but even the chicken seemed a little dry so that sucked, but the flavor was good so I guess if you don’t mind over paying for very little amounts of protein, then you’ll be set. But on the flipside the KIMBAP was very delicious and generously portion.
