I know this place as “Spinners” - it’s inside the gas station. I always stop in for a hot, fresh, super-gooey cinnamon roll when I’m in Sacramento. They are VERY sweet but also reheat well if you want to save one (or five) for later.

Definitely not the same under the new management. The prices are outrageous and cinnamon rolls are dry. I bought 2 and paid $11.00!
Unfortunately I won't be returning. I miss the old cinnamon rolls that were moist, sweet and affordable.

Stopped by for some rolls this morning and they were very happy to see me. Might not be called Spinners anymore, but these rolls are as ? as ever.

This is the first time visiting after previous owners retired. Cinnamon roll was a good as before but stale, might have been a day old.

Not the same as the spinners we are use to. They look similar, but the taste is way off. Will not be back.

A few months since the new owners took over and it is still not the same. The sticky buttery cinnamon that usually gets all over no longer oozes from the roll and the sugar topping is skimpy. I’ll give them another six months or so.

Terrible. And at $5 each, highway robbery. The new owners have no idea what they’re doing but are more than happy to charge a ridiculous price. What a

I never had a chance to try Spinners, but I really enjoyed the cinnamon rolls and we also got a ham, cheese, and jalapeño croissant which was really good

My mom has been eating these Cinnamon rolls since before I was born. I’m 29 and I’ve been coming here since I could remember. I called to place an order as usual, because I order dozens at a time, and the guy on the phone could barely take my order. Didn’t think much of it until I picked up the next day. Sandy and Larry would always take out my order straight from the oven…but this time mine were the ones in the case that looked like they’d been left over from the day before. I asked the magic question and sure enough they said they were new owners which made sense!! Taste is okay, but needs more glaze and the thickness and softness is definitely under par. It seemed like they were a little hard or a day old.I can understand that buying the recipe doesn’t mean anything, but the new owners should consider paying a consulting fee to learn how to make them with “love”. I “thankfully” bought 8 instead of my normal 2 dozen. Hopefully they can figure it out.

Note this is no longer owned by the same people and the cinnamon rolls are flat and gross now! They still try to make it appear as if they are the same but don’t waste your time or money!!

New ownership ruined the recipe. It’s dry and just doesn’t taste the same anymore.

It taste kinda the same but it's just not fluffy enough like spinners. Because the rolls are thinner it made some pieces of the cinnamon roll a little hard.
