It just took too long. 20 minutes to make TEA. It takes less time at home, where I have to wait for the water to boil. The tea was good enough, so 2 stars.

This starbucks location is my favorite one downtown. I come in about once a week. While they are usually always busy when I come in, the employees there are fast and always working hard while giving great customer service. I haven't had one bad interaction with any of the employees there, Carina stands out and always has positive energy in the mornings! Definitely the best Starbucks crew!
