Starbucks...please make it sense to me. My 2 sons and I were waiting in line, we even tried the lavender lemonade sample. We were there for 5 minutes. Then a lady comes and they then the register girl asks to help her and start taking her order. Make it make sense?? When I asked whyd you take her order when we've literally been in front of the counter for 5 minutes, she was confused and said oh I didn't know...i was on a tight schedule so we just left.....Starbucks do better pls.

Apparently every Starbucks employee called off yesterday so a Target employee was doing her absolute best to offer hot drip coffee and iced coffee only. She did an amazing job despite the line being very long and my order was perfect. Not sure what is going on with Starbucks but your entire team calling off is clearly a sign there's something wrong with management. I hope the employees are being heard and treated fairly... (or maybe they just all caught something all at the same time ?).

My first impression of this in-store Target Starbucks was a very good experience. It is actually my first time here at this location. Cashier who took our order is very nice and patient with us. Very thoughtful and asked us if there was anything else we like to add because he saw a family of 4, whereas elsewhere would rush our orders thinking that the kids would not want anything to drinks. It seems like there is a new staff member who is learning how to make drinks. She made sure our drinks were made accordingly to the recipe (thank you) she made the passionfruit tea and the two creme based Frappuccino. Cashier made my matcha green tea. The frapps are tasty! Hubs tea was refreshing. Mines didn't taste so much of matcha but more of milk rather than matcha. I waited till I got home and added more matcha powder to the drink to balance the taste. Overall, all the staff are nice and very helpful. There is also great teamwork among each other.

The service here is honestly horrible. The red hair girl and her bestie are always "prepping" and will completely ignore customers waiting to order. They might turn around, make eye contact, not say a word and turn back around to continue chatting about drama about other employees; in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. The vocabulary on those 2 is mind blowing.

A Starbucks inside a Target. Plenty of parking. Clean interior. No hand sanitizer for the Starbucks specifically, but there is a dispenser at the entrance of the store. The staff don't wear masks. Small line but moderate wait because there's only one employee working. The customer after me got their order of food and a drink before me. You can't mobile order ahead with the app for this location, but they do accept gift cards as a form of payment. I paid with a gift card on the Starbucks app and can see the transaction in my order history - I ordered and received the pineapple passionfruit refresher, but the employee charged me for a paradise drink, which is a different pineapple drink that costs more. The pineapple passionfruit refresher is good at first but has a terribly bitter aftertaste with each sip. It may better if you get it with lemonade.

Went shopping at this Target and decided to order drinks for my sister and I. We end up ordering 2 freshers. There were 2 employees working that evening (around 5ish). Employees were not friendly, and they didn't make the drinks right away like every other starbucks I had experienced before. Took about 15 to 20 mins in total to make the drinks. I know it's that long because we waited for a bit, and then I went to the restroom and came back, but still, the drinks are still in process. There were no customers in line while waiting for our drinks. The cashier was just standing there, and the persons who were supposed to make the drink were cleaning? I don't remember the batista washing their hand before starting on the drinks. Anyways, drinks were made, and batista could not close the lid because of too much ice. I have to tell the batista to take out some ice.

Tried to get ice water, they said no. Offered to pay for ice water. They said no. Even though they said they’re only giving water with a purchase. Well I can purchase water.. had kids with me and it’s hot outside. All the money I spend with Starbucks on a DAILY basis. Not good customer service.
