3 servers me only customer early morning, They tell me I have to wait until they fill baskets with stuff. Rude rude rude!

Every time I go into the Starbucks, this worker-TYRELL (I dont know if thats the correct spelling) Is very snappy and rude.

Today I finally had enough.
I go in there all the time and order beverages. A family member went in earlier to get my drink and it was warm so I went to ask for a cup of ice and he said I had to make a purchase. I had never heard that being a rule before, but nonetheless, I made another purchase just so l can have my cup of ice.

He was so rude and ignoring me, and I asked the other worker there what his name was and he told me his name was Tyrell, then the rude employee- "Tyrell" said "my name is here on my name tag" if I wanted to ask him his name, I would've asked him, but since he's so rude, l asked his coworker.

Tyrell then said "Do you got a problem"? And started giving me attitude, I asked him for a straw and he wouldn't give it to me and continue to give me attitude until I pulled out my phone and started recording how he was talking to me.

I have been in here countless times where this person has been rude to other customers, giving them attitude for no reason. If he doesn't like his job, he should get another one, but he should not be working with people with this disgusting attitude.

I only use Starbucks when I’m in the mood or area. While they have some nice coffee and food, they don’t seem to care about their customers. My order was wrong and the employee blamed me for her mistake. When I asked for French Roast coffee beans they told me that they only had a limited selection. I have vision issues and the employee refused to help me choose a bag of coffee. And to add insult to injury, they still wanted a tip for making me a cup of coffee. It’s not like they go the extra mile for customers . At the price they charge for coffee, why do they need extra tips? Starbucks doesn’t seem to care about their customers. I recently was contacted by the Starbucks and they offered me a refund for my orders. But the “ refund “ was actually a store credit for my entire purchase. I never want to return to this location ever again. My credit union is filling an incident report with Starbucks for the purpose of getting a “ real refund. Totally unacceptable to get a store credit and call it a refund. Buyer beware

They used to be my favorite Starbucks but they have gone way down over the last 6 years. Today i ordered a coffee(plain black coffee) and arrived 10 minutes later, it was not ready and no one was working on it. Next they tell me they don’t have the blonde roast, which is fine, then they start brewing a huge jug ahead of me, at the time has been 17 minutes since I ordered and I had to wait until they were done, even though I was there before. My order was a plain ass black coffee, should not be that difficult.

- Location is no longer friendly to service animals.
- they never make the drinks correctly or with any sense of urgency.
- they have a habbit of leaving 5 or 6 food items next to the ovens after they are done. Meaning that the gap between drink and food being in the hands of the customer is sometimes 5 to 10 minuits. as more than once I've had to ask for my food after it sat forgotten next to the oven.

To the GM,

I've been going here for about 10 years. Some shift lead came out and Basically told us that service animals were not welcome. Well...if you're gonna be by the book kids...Start with the drinks and service. With the laughable amount of goal shifting im seeing "legendary customer service" has become a myth.

Oh, and don't worry, every sacramento dog owner group on Facebook and other social media will be informed of the new standards ...every single one. Since I see now that it's store policy to forgo the cash flow being less ridget would and has granted I figure I would help get the word out and ais in your noble sacrifice to principles (such as they are)

I can only hope that this noble move to consistency will eventually extend to other aspects of your store experience...like your product...

The BEST Starbucks in the city of Sacramento! The manager Leah is amazing. If you’re familiar with this location if it’s your regular spot they remember your drink. The vibe here is amazing and their hospitality is the spark of morning thank you so much!!! So many other Starbucks have ruined my day. I love this location.

I drink starbucks often but this was my second time visiting this particular Starbucks . The old white lady with short red hair is rude. Not only did she ring my order up wrong she also walks away in the middle of placing my order. I tell her that there must be a mistake because i order the exact same thing online and at other starbucks and it's never this high. She doesn't take my name at all and the other starbucks employee probably see my frustration because they asked for my name since a bunch of mobile orders came in, one employee even complemented my hair. Overall that older lady needs to work on her customer service skills because if you don't intend to upset the customer then why behave in such a manner.

Was racially profiled while picking up order for 3rd party . Was not greeted and was ignored while staff stood around and talked . I was also leered at by staff . Very unprofessional and unpleasant. I don't recommend any person of color more specifically Black Male go here unless you want the uncomfortable/ weird feeling and poor customer service.
