My brother order starberry and cream extra strawberry and sweetner,whip it was disgusting no sugar was added it was so tart first time to this location very disappointed I stay in arden area get it together make your customer drinks right get this drink all time so just looking at it I knew it was wrong

Ordered a venti strawberry refresher with light ice, there was about 6 inches of ice in my cup by the time I was finished (filled to the top line). Not sure if it was because they were running low on the strawberry base or not but I saw the barista top off the drink with ice to make it look full. I finished my drink before I made it to the freeway. Very disappointed.

Sooo my sister and i went in to look for the pink stanley cups and we went in early and there wasnt any more so we asked one of the employees and came to find out the employees keep the stanleys for themselves.

Worst location. No lid for the frappes and paid for extra caramel just to get the normal amount. Smh
This Starbucks had bad customer service. Took 30 mom's to get my online order and this place had no tables or chair or restrooms and the front door was shadered.
