This Starbucks had bad customer service. Took 30 mom's to get my online order and this place had no tables or chair or restrooms and the front door was shadered.

I've never had this happen to me at other Starbucks, ngl I almost laughed when I saw this. No chestnut syrup and no cold foam and the cup is only half full. If you are selling me just espresso and milk for $6, no wonder we got inflation going. Anyways, I know baristas are paid too little to actually care about what customers order so I won't go complaining to them. Just know if you got more choices, don't come to this Starbucks.

Today was my first day visiting this location and I was very pleased with the customer service I received here. Every staff member here was so kind, they all made an effort to greet me and say good morning. Special shout-out to Marcus at the counter, he has a very friendly personality and was really nice to talk to. I really like how after Marcus warmed my banana nut bread, he walked up to me to bring it to me directly while I waited for my drink to be made. I want to emphasize on that part because sometimes we aren't aware of how much of a difference a small gesture can make in someone's day. Not to mention, it's really helpful to other coworkers to lighten their load whenever opportunities arise. It allowed the barista to focus solely on making the drink and not having to worry about the rest of my order.I'd also like to shout-out Alex, he showed interest in knowing how my day was going and it came off very sincere, not so much of "I'm just asking these questions because I have to" and I appreciate the gestures :)

The barista she very sweet and nice!!! This place is in a Conor but spacious to hangout and have a quick lunch! This two fall drink taste very great!!! First time I ever like a Starbucks drink hahaha I have the pumpkin cream cold brew, remember choose less ice!!

I normally don't complain, but I am now. I orders a simple black tea, with no water, and sugar. I got no sugar, and it's clearly watered down. I was pretty frustrated as I got this on my way to school, and now I'm without caffeine in my class today. My roommate also got a coffee, and she ran inside to pick them up on our way. If I had noticed before, I would have had it corrected. $4.25 for my drink to be wrong.

I have been a loyal customer of this coffee shop for over 8+ years, and today's visit was unlike any other I have experienced. Unfortunately, I encountered a rather unpleasant interaction with a barista named Briana that left me quite surprised and disappointed.When I approached Briana at the register and explained that I had just picked up an incorrect order from a different location, her response of simply saying "okay" without asking for the sticker or reassuring me that it would be rectified soon left me feeling confused. Normally, baristas would kindly request the sticker and assure me that they would promptly fix the issue. It was disheartening to not receive the usual level of proactive and accommodating service that I have come to expect.While waiting in the store, I observed Briana's interaction with another customer named Juan. He politely requested a Frappuccino with extra caramel in Spanish, but Briana responded with an attitude and seemed visibly upset when he repeated his order in English. Witnessing this interaction further highlighted the concerning level of customer service provided by Briana.Ironically, Briana ended up making my drink. I wanted to kindly let her know that there was too much milk in it the first time, but she continuously cut me off and did not allow me the opportunity to provide feedback. Eventually, I managed to express my concern, but unfortunately, she responded with attitude once again. However, my disappointment was soon alleviated by the arrival of a young man with glasses who kindly finished making my drink and displayed a genuinely pleasant attitude.In addition to the challenges I faced during my visit, I also recently experienced the loss of my brother. During times of grief, acts of kindness and compassion can truly make a significant impact. It is unfortunate that Briana had no knowledge of my personal circumstances, but I hope that this experience serves as a lesson for her to approach all customers with empathy and understanding.As a customer, I never intended to be difficult or demanding. All I wanted was to enjoy my favorite coffee, which is why I even made the effort to order ahead to avoid inconveniencing the staff at the register. It is crucial for employees to consistently provide attentive and understanding service to maintain positive customer experiences.While this particular incident was disappointing, I believe it is important to remember that one negative interaction should not overshadow the overall experience at this coffee shop. By sharing my feedback constructively with the store's management or customer service department, I hope they can address the issue and work towards ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.

Emiliano is an amazing barista at this location. He is so kind and caring. He always leaves a smile on my face no matter how I’m feeling or what’s going on. As long as he is here I will keep coming!

Visit this location pretty often to grab a drink on my way to work and I always get greeted by the employees upon arrival. They are super friendly and it feels great to be greeted with my name. This location does get pretty busy at times and the employees are always hustling to get drinks out quickly.

The employees working here are friendly, & the place was clean. But there are no chairs for anyone to sit on either on the inside or the outside. Which is quite aggravating. Because a friend of mine & myself ended up having to go to the Bagel place next door. Then we had to order something else so that we could sit down, & I proceeded to get his affairs in order. If we ever have to do that again, I'm going to skip Starbucks all together & just go to the Bagel shop.

I hate this Starbucks. All the chairs from the lobby are being used to block the bathroom doors. We were standing at one of the tables and were rudely interrupted to tell us that this was a grab n go store only but I know for fact they had chairs in the lobby and there are no posted signs anywhere suggesting this is grab n go store.

Not place to work, all the chairs and table are removed. I paid starbucks prices go the freaking chairs and the wifi.
