Perfect drink mix. No other Starbucks in Sacramento do that. I am glad that I have in Gateway oaks near to my Restaurant VJ’s Kitchen.

Today I was visited by one of the employees, and it was a very bad experience. The staff member was extremely rude and did not know how to speak to customers. When I tried to place an order, she responded with attitude and ego. We were a group of seven people, and instead of handling the situation professionally, she argued with me. What was more disappointing is that she identified herself as a manager, yet she clearly did not know how to communicate with customers. Specially as manager .This was a very poor experience at this Starbucks, and I would not recommend visiting this location.

Great Starbucks with great staff. Since the Natomas Crossing location closed down, this has become my go to for me and my coworkers. Drinks are consistently the same

My husband does mobile orders from this location frequently. Our main order is two Venti size Honey Mint Citrus Tea. Half of the time the tea is consistent and exactly what I requested; other half they taste awful; yet, I don’t complain because I’ve already arrived at work or returned home. Well, today I’ve had ENOUGH!! I don’t understand why the Baristas can’t take the time to get this right. Today, the flavor was way off!! Instead of the two tea bags (citrus mint green tea and Peach Tranquility), it was one tea bag and it was the wrong tea (CHAMOMILE MINT BLOSSOM)!!! What in the world!!?? This is ridiculous!!! So we had two Venti cups of HOT MESS!!! As usual, we thrashed them!! I’m sick of throwing away my money and I want a refund!!

I stopped in for a coffee, asked for the code from the rest room, they say it's only for clients, ok I say no problem I'm a client, but still no I need to go through a line of 7,8 people to buy something etc. what kind of pettiness is this what kind of disrespect for clients? I'll say for understanding I don't look like a bum and I'm dressed appropriately, if you really have such rules it's sad
My Poor Behavior
Issak (with a K, I believe) was the manager on duty during my visit to this Starbucks. One of the employees enforced the policy of not allowing restroom use until a purchase was made. This policy is completely understandable, but I behaved poorly and emotionally in response. I regret engaging in a conversation about the culture surrounding the policy in the way that I did.
On a location-by-location basis, I recognize the importance of protecting the customer experience by ensuring that complimentary services are reserved for paying customers. This protects both the employees and the quality of service for those who are there to enjoy it.
I should have been more mature and refrained from challenging the employee and the manager. I am proud of Issak for standing up for his team, setting a clear boundary, and handling the conversation with intelligence and professionalism.
I sincerely apologize to him and his team for my behavior.
I am proud of them for protecting their policy, their customer experience, and the community culture they are responsible for maintaining.
I recently visited this Starbucks location and asked to use the restroom, but I was refused access unless I bought something first. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. As a customer-friendly brand, I expected better hospitality and understanding. I hope Starbucks reviews this policy and ensures a more considerate approach for everyone in the future.

WORST customer service! Everyone I know can relate to this location being the most horrible service establishment. I’m pregnant and had the worse experience here & I’m a every day Starbucks drinker, new staff needs to come in. Made a report to corporate.

Always great service even when it's busy. Offer pup cups to both out dogs we walk there. Only issue we have is when we have to go to the bathroom they won't always tell you the code. Kind of frustrating for regulars that have been coming for 5 years.
