There was a long line that was getting longer to order. I had to use the restroom because the woman at the front of the line and the barista were getting chit-chatty and would not complete her order and move on.

Given the length of the line, I asked to use the restroom which required a code. I clearly was a customer waiting in line when the gentleman in the beanie, mustache, glasses and dark hair said "can't give you a code until you make a purchase".

I thought that was extremely rude since it was clear that I was a paying customer and that the line was super long.

I have been to this Starbucks many times over the years, but never again. Go to Peet's or a mom and pop coffee shop instead. These guys are jerks!

Never received my coffee. Ordered a quick and easy to make iced coffee on my break from work, after waiting well through the duration of my work break my drink order had still not been started. Couldn't get a refund in time, down 7 dollars and no coffee. If you are unemployed or retired and have some free time this could be a viable option. If you are running late or don't have 30 minutes I would go somewhere else

My wife and I visit various Starbucks for coffee. We have "mini" dates and this location has a very friendly staff. Thank you for helping me show my wife a nice afternoon break.

The money here is made of linen paper like app American dollars. I was expecting to see the unique change, and be presented with "star bucks" when the cashier handed back the change. Instead it's regular money. I've been searching my whole life for a star buck. Maybe it's a star stag?

Today I placed an online order at the store at 7:43AM. I arrived at pick up time at 7:53AM - still no drink. Waited for another 20 minutes before asking staff the eta of my drink considering it’s 30 mins over due and staff informed me “oh well when do you want to come back or do you want a refund?” Versus actually giving me a eta of my over due drink. Then surprise I had to wait another 10 minutes to get a refund (and surprise! My drink was still not ready) after being placed 45 minutes prior.
