The worst. The barista working 8/4 at 1:40 is the worst employee in the whole history of Starbucks.

I Ask for venti and the drink serving is more like a grande.

I dropped my son off in the morning for an appointment and drove all the way from Elk Grove. My son went into the Starbucks that was right next to his appointment and was treated so rudely. He was refused service when he asked to use the restroom. He even had money to buy something and they still wouldn't let him use the restroom and asked him not to come back because they thought he was a homeless person. It does not matter if you're wearing a pair of jeans and a t-shirt if you're not going to give good service and treat people with respect that come in you shouldn't be in business or have people working for you that treat others with such disrespect. Starbucks do better and don't profile a person based off of how they look.

I had a **terrible experience** at this Starbucks today, and I feel extremely disappointed and disrespected as a customer.
I walked in intending to buy a coffee, but I really needed to use the restroom first. I politely asked one of the employees (a young woman, I believe her name started with “Am” — though she wasn’t wearing a visible name on her apron, which is also unprofessional) if I could use the restroom. **She was rude and dismissive**, telling me “No, you have to make a purchase first.” I explained again that I just needed to use the restroom quickly and then I would make my purchase. She told me **“No” again, in the same cold tone.** No apology, no compassion, no effort to help. Just a blunt and unpleasant attitude.
This isn’t just about the policy — it’s about how she treated me. Even if there’s a rule in place, **there’s a respectful and kind way to speak to someone**, especially a customer who is not being rude, just asking for basic human decency.
Eventually, I did make a purchase and was given the code to use the restroom. When I went in, I found that **there was NO toilet paper at all**. That’s completely unacceptable — especially for a busy, high-traffic location like this. It shows a total lack of cleanliness and care.
I told another employee that there was no toilet paper in the restroom. All he said was **“OK.”** No “I’m sorry,” no “We’ll take care of that right away,” no professionalism at all. Just **complete indifference.**
Between being treated poorly at the counter, denied the restroom in a time of need, and then finding **no basic hygiene supplies in the restroom**, this whole experience was a disaster.
I left the store feeling disrespected, frustrated, and honestly shocked at how bad the customer service was. **This team clearly needs better training in customer service, empathy, and cleanliness.** Customers should not be treated like this — especially at a company like Starbucks that claims to value hospitality.
**I will never return to this Starbucks location again.** You’ve lost a customer, and I hope someone from management takes this seriously.

I wasn’t sure of what to get for breakfast and the barista made sure to take her time to ask what I was really craving and give me options. The other barista who rang me up, made sure to verify how many pumps of sauce I wanted in my drink Before ring me up my order came out super fast and taste. Perfect! They had super good jams playing in there as well. Such a nice vibe. I’m sad there was no drive-through but also I wouldn’t have gotten the great experience going inside if they had a drive-through .

Pathetic employees. I am a daily Starbucks user, clean cut and have over 1400 points on my Starbucks app. I needed to use the bathroom and just came off long drive. These discriminatory employees got off on trying to force me to make a purchase before giving me the bathroom code. I said please I’ll make a purchase look I have 1400 points I buy here daily. They had some snide remarks and refused. Terrible service

There was a long line that was getting longer to order. I had to use the restroom because the woman at the front of the line and the barista were getting chit-chatty and would not complete her order and move on.
Given the length of the line, I asked to use the restroom which required a code. I clearly was a customer waiting in line when the gentleman in the beanie, mustache, glasses and dark hair said "can't give you a code until you make a purchase".
I thought that was extremely rude since it was clear that I was a paying customer and that the line was super long.
I have been to this Starbucks many times over the years, but never again. Go to Peet's or a mom and pop coffee shop instead. These guys are jerks!

Never received my coffee. Ordered a quick and easy to make iced coffee on my break from work, after waiting well through the duration of my work break my drink order had still not been started. Couldn't get a refund in time, down 7 dollars and no coffee. If you are unemployed or retired and have some free time this could be a viable option. If you are running late or don't have 30 minutes I would go somewhere else

My wife and I visit various Starbucks for coffee. We have "mini" dates and this location has a very friendly staff. Thank you for helping me show my wife a nice afternoon break.
