I come to this Starbucks location M-F and always had a pleasant experience. This morning i order my coffee food and a cup of ice. When I get to the window a lady name Carly started off really nice, she handed me my food and drink and said have a nice day. I then asked can I have my cup of ice, Carly then said she would do it now but next time I needed to order at the box I started to tell her I already ordered it as she was walking away getting the ice. She comes back with a cup size that I don’t ask for. Then Carly says by e have a good day while smiling. I felt as though she was trying g to shew me off. I asked for my receipt and she say I already gave it to you, I believe she thought I was talking about my food. I then asked again for the receipt and she prints it off still smiling and says have a good day. This woman was very passive aggressive and unprofessional . It is really sad because I will not be coming her any longer and I will let my co workers no not to come here either with service like this.

i’m extremely disappointed, usually my experiences at this location are super welcoming and i get my drinks from this wonderful barista who always makes sure to make my day special with his notes, this time around a person named Tiffany served me and made an off handed comment about me and was generally just rude to me, and it just irked me the wrong way. this is absolutely unacceptable and i do not think i’ll be going to this location anymore. step it up.

Went to the Starbucks after placing two mobile orders. Somehow I ordered my sandwhich to the wrong store. I was a bit upset at myself and disappointed because I had to go to work and couldn’t make it to the other store on time. Sabrine was incredible and offered me a replacement sandwhich without me asking for it even though it was my mistake. Definitely made my morning thank you so much. The girl handling the mobile orders today was also a big help although I forgot her name. I made it to work just on time with breakfast in hand. Thank you both!!

I ordered a venti iced espresso today around 12 PM, and the drink was only half filled, barely had any ice, and was actually hot instead of iced. The service felt rushed even though no one else was in line. Really disappointing experience since this isn’t what I usually expect from Starbucks.

Even if you’re not a matcha fan, this drink might change your mind. Refreshing, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend! 💯

It's a good Starbucks, and fairly nice, but they didn't have as much of a selection of food because they didn't have the cold refrigerated case others have. Still, though they're one of the smaller satellites style locations even with their own shop, their product prep is one of the better ones, not like certain ones I avoid. They're next to REI Sacramento, one of the best REI stores I've seen yet, so before REI opens at 10am, we went and got a little breakfast there, which was nice.

Don’t go out much but I paid almost 8$ for a drink that wasn’t even blended correctly and I’m drinking chunks of powder. Not coming back to this place.

I stopped by to grab a coffee and use restroom. Of course you don't take coffee to restroom so I asked to use restroom. The gal working drive thru very nice gave me code. When I was ready to order my husband text me that the manager and another gentleman. Came out to see where I came from. Because I took too long to use bathroom and wash my hands. So I just left this was very rude. BTW the Qx70 infiniti in front of store is mine. Rude......only God can judge!

When you start your order with a caramel latte, a grilled cheese, and a tomato mozzarella sandwich, and then mention another drink at the end—how can someone mix it up and forget to add caramel to the first drink, but instead put it in the second one? And this happens not even at the drink-making stage, but right during the ordering process.
Sure, it may seem like a small thing, but our days are made up of these little things, and small joys help make the day a little better.
