I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. The customer service was awful, and the workers were incredibly rude. When I ordered a sandwich, the employee just threw it on the table and said, “Here,” without any care or professionalism. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and no effort to provide even basic customer service.
If you’re looking for a place with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, this is NOT it. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I recently ordered a grande iced coffee,waited 10 minutes when I asked about my drink the barista said “did you pay for it” It was the person who rang up my order. He was extremely rude. I go into this Starbucks almost everyday and I honestly can not believe how I was treated. Staff has allot of attitude and unpleasant.I will take my business somewhere else.

Stopped here with family while charging Rivian across the street. Coffee was fine for Starbucks, but neither bathroom had a baby changing station so we had to change our baby's diaper on a bench in the dining room. Come on guys, baby changing station is a cheap easy addition to any bathroom. Will not be returning here.

I ordered a gingerbread flavored hot chocolate today 12/18/24 around 12pm, and was given gingerbread milk.. I thought the white color was whip cream however it was milk.. In very disappointed in the disservice I've never had a problem at this location before... But I'll make sure i don't purchase anything here again and will warn my friends that this location apparently does not know what hot chocolate is and u may jus get hot milk!

I have been to this Starbucks two to three times before. I try chai latte from them. It is very tasty and today I went to them. And I felt like drinking coffee. I was going to try COLD coffee today and here a girl asked me to try cold coffee chocolate cold coffee. It was very tasty.Thank you so much for the coffee and your service. Appreciate you!

I typically rate chain stores 4 stars. Starbucks is different. Barring significant decisions from the norm, as a reward, I'll rate a Starbucks 5 stars if they provide power. To voice my displeasure, I'll rate them 3 stars if they don't.
In case Starbucks reads this review, they should know that their automatically flushing toilets are too sensitive. They flush every time I lean forward so to wipe my bottom.

This is the best and only starbucks location i go to now. Staff are the absolute best, always make drinks to perfection, always give it their all and create an amazing atmosphere, when mistakes do happen which is inevitable on both ends, they always do their best to make it right, they can get pretty busy but always continue giving the best service they can give, i’ve been to a lot of starbucks and none have been nearly as good as this one. And the staff is what makes it a 5 star coffee shop, you all do a great job :)
Very rude staff…. Please get competent people.we went there a couple minutes ago as my little girl wanted a cold drink and the sign on the door says only drive through open due to short staff. Now our EV is getting charged across the street so we went to the payment window to place our order and pay. The girl on the counter was so unconvinced and annoyed by us and told us we don’t let people order through the window….WELL your doors are closed too so where do we order? Even if you can’t serve on the window you can be courteous because it is not our problem that you have your doors closed. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE…
