Today, I went through the drive-through at this location. At around 1:40 in the afternoon, on my way to work. After I gave my order, I was told my total $11.85 before I pulled away. When I finally got the window, the teller told me my total was different as I pulled up $15.??, then changed the total again to $14.??. I was not offered a receipt, how the heck is that am acceptable business model?
I appreciate the friendly staff at Starbucks; however, I've chosen not to patronize the establishment anymore due to concerns about the company's alleged involvement in sponsoring genocide. It's important to make informed choices that align with personal values.

This is a really great Starbucks! The bottom line is it's right down the street from where I work, and I I frequent them a couple times a week for a mobile pickup. But, I find all the staff to be kind and efficient.

i went in the drive thru and asked for my drink with no foam and i got a drink with foam. i then parked and went inside, i kindly asked for the drink to be remade. all they did was scoop out the foam, which left room. I wanted the milk filled to the top of my cup. its not hard to make a drink with no foam, I worked at Starbucks before. this is the second time in a row that this location does this.
