When taking my order, I showed her a list of the drinks, she looked disgusted by me. Later, I told her that there should be 9 drinks, and including mine, there will be 10 drinks, so she had to correct my order. She initially put down 8 drinks only. I then asked the person who took the order if she could put the names of my staff on each drinks and she said no because it’s too late. Later, I asked her if she could put my staff’s drinks in cup holders and in a bag so I could carry them. I have a total of 10 drinks. Her response was… “Oh, then you should have brought another hand for help” with an attitude. I told her my staff are busy with catering orders, so I wanted to get them drinks for appreciation. This was during Christmas Eve; 10 minutes before 3:00 pm. The whole time from taking my order to the very end, she was rude, and I was polite to her. She is by far the rudest person I have ever met that works for Starbucks. She was a caucasian girl wearing glasses.
I am always greeted and welcomed kindly here. The service is great, everyone is very nice and professional. There is so much space inside and outside to sit and drink. It's also dog friendly, I bring my dog from time to time and we get to sit and relax here while enjoying the view, shade, and drinks. I love that waters are free and they allow you to use the restrooms, which have locks and are always kept clean btw. I usually come here after yoga or a walk at William land park.

I never leave a review until today. People are really nice there, especially a person who wears a cute mask today! I was self study for my future career. It's also my first time studying at Starbucks ? The atmosphere is really good! I felt guilty that I didn't have a small cash for tips ?. I'm a shy person, so I don't know how to communicate better to them and should ask his name. ?

Amazing place. Made my favorite drink correctly in a first time visit after multiple trial and error with another Starbucks. Even offered us water.
Paying customer. Bought food on top of my drink order. A spoiled brat made up lies about me being "rude" ive been here this whole time and no one said anything about a perceived attitude. The manager couldnt even pull cameras to prove my case because theyre not even on then told me to leave while handing my purchase. Sounds like some one needs to discipline their child for being rude to a customer twice. Hes asian btw.

Everyone who works here is pretty great in the morning when I come in to pick up my Decaf Mocha (don't make fun of me). Jeff and everyone else who works here does a great job of being organized and treating each customer respectfully. Thanks again!Parking: Parking can be a little tight here, but I tend to use the street parking for a quicker pickup.
