All I can say is the prices are not worth the quality that you get. And I realize that prices are going up but almost $6 for a large coffee drink is too expensive for me.

Put a mobile order in while in line for the drive through and it was a long line ive been in for about 5-10 minutes and placed it in the beginning, the cashier decided to say that I should have waited longer to get into line. The app said the drink would be ready in 5 minutes so by the time I got to the drive through speaker box it was close to being ready. I feel like that extra snippet was unnecessary, as I stated I didnt mind waiting a bit because also it would be a while before I got to the front of the drive through box. This is the first time ive had a starbucks cashier be so rude. Im not sure what's going on with starbucks lately but the changes arent appreciated.

If you want to complicate someone getting a hot coffee due to your own personal misery here at this location, you should be investigated or sued! You guys make everything complex, change people's orders and need better customer server training.
Drive thru is suppose to be less hassle and less human encounter but you guys sure seem to make everything complicated.
Stop telling people to alter their coffee, now I'm confused what I'm ordering. Stop having people who are training at the window taking orders when you have 10+ cars in the drive thru. Stop hiring people who cannot multi task.
What a terrible experience for people who just want to get coffee.
Untrust worthy Starbucks location.
On October 9th at 1:09 PM, the lady with white hair working the drive-thru window was very disrespectful throughout my visit. While ordering my drink, she seemed confused about what I was asking for and gave me attitude when I clarified that I didn’t want purée outside of my drink.
I am 5 months pregnant and have back problems, and she still told me to reach up for my drinks instead of handing them to me properly. I have never experienced that level of disregard from a Starbucks employee before.
Her behavior felt inconsiderate and discriminatory toward customers who are pregnant or have mobility issues. I hope management addresses this situation so other customers with disabilities or physical limitations are treated with the respect and care they deserve. Especially coming from a corporation that’s all about inclusion.

Sadly my pumpkin spice latte was oily and bitter it did not taste like my usual enjoyable seasonal beverage and I am extremely disappointed

I went through the drive thru getting my husband a grande mint latte, and told them I had my own container for a Venti Nonfat Milk Coffee Frappuccino which is 24 ounces. When I got my glass container back, it was only about 16-20 ounces (if that) & I complained about it costing me so much money and that Howe About Arden always doing a great job filling it. They added to it, but it was very diluted, watered down, and of poor quality. After our meeting, I went inside and complained I couldn't drink it because it was yucky and too watered down for me. I asked if they could replace it. When they did, it was still not a Venti sized 24 ounce NF Milk Coffee Frappuccino!!! Only what you see in the picture I posted. They claim that's their measurement. I won't be returning here. I'd think it's their measurement for hot drinks!

This store seems not very welcome. I order through the app so I don’t have to order when I get to the Intercom and And sometimes I order right before I get in the line just because I live so close and they told me I have to order 10 minutes to 12 ahead for drive-through when nobody was in the drive-through. and I don’t even live that far so I would have to go into the app and order my drink before I even left my house which is kind of crazy when I thought I was doing them a favor by ordering it so I don’t have to tell them my order I just give them my name. I’ve never been told this when using the drive-through app at any other store. When the lady gave me my drink, she said give us more time next time all right I was like OK I’m not coming back. Don’t worry there’s one just across the way. And also on The app it told Me my order would be ready in 4 to 7 minutes so I’m not sure where she got 10 to 12 minutes and this happened early morning when nobody was in the line

I came into this Starbucks location planning to stay for a while to get some work done, as I often do. I fully intended to order something I just made up my mind on which beverage to order . However, within less than 10 maybe 15 minutes, an employee approached me and asked if I was going to buy anything, and said that if not, I would need to leave due to a “new policy.”
I found this approach to be unnecessary and disrespectful, especially given that I am a loyal Starbucks customer who spends SOO MUCH with this company. The way this was handled made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer.
Because of this experience, I’ve decided to stop supporting Starbucks altogether something I probably should have done a while ago with the boycotts Very disappointed, and to the young lady who approached me … u do not get paid that much to be a rude b and could have approached me in a different manner.
