This is hands down the best Starbucks in Sacramento. I used to work in the area, so I stopped there often. Now that I switched jobs, I miss the people here: their coffee was always on point, sometimes you'd get cute little notes in your cup (made my day), and the baristas were always kind even though they're busy as heck. I just picked up a coffee in a different location and doesn't taste too good, so I was reminded to leave a review for the people who made my coffee right every time for years.

Typical like any of the Starbucks coffee houses. Overly cheerful employees with that happy happy joy joy talk that's too sweet for my liking. I'll have a tall cup of Dark Roast please and leave room for the cream. Artificial sweetness isn't good for you anyways lol

Today I came inside around 8:20am and ordered, didn't get my Americano until 8:38 because they were disorganized and set it in the wrong spot. The barista making drinks saw me standing there that long, didn't ask me if I needed anything, so I had to ask after almost 20 mins.... I was late for work, my drink was lukewarm, and I got only a half-hearted sorry that didn't seem at all genuine. Not happy at all about my experience. Usually nice staff but today was different.

At 4:30 today I ordered a drink and food. The girl gave me my drink without a straw so I asked for one. She gave me a weird look but gave me one. Then I was like and a fork “since the egg bites” are burning hot. She also gave me a weird look and literally pushed it into my hand. So I got it and left. As I was leaving she yells out the window “is there a problem.” Wow. You just gave the car in front of me two free waters in a huge Plastic cups and you’re giving me an attitude about plastic for the drink and food I paid for? Horrible experience and a nasty sour employee!

This is hands down the best Starbucks in Sacramento. I used to work in the area, so I stopped there often.
