First of all I do thank you and your other amazing employees for making my drinks. Today apparently my drink was millions steps long and was a big deal as he rolled his eyes. Ok starbucks employee today some man that's always like awesome totally. I will no longer come to this location because it was a waste of your couple minutes of your worl life to make my millions of steps drink. Train your employees to keep their opi ions to them self or polity walk away then proceed to talk. Maybe also train them to have more of a happy facial expression rather then dull bring that other lady to the drive threw she was nice kind and never complained and was always so happy and cheerful. Now we got these dull non cheerful employees working mornings. Drink some coffee wake up.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit to Starbucks was unbelievably bad. First off, the service was horrible. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and treated customers like we were bothering them just by ordering. They were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping.

I ordered a simple drink and a sandwich, and somehow they managed to mess both up. The coffee was lukewarm, tasted burnt, and had the wrong milk. The sandwich? Cold in the middle and soggy like it had been sitting around forever.

The whole place was a mess too—tables sticky, trash overflowing, and no one seemed to care. I honestly don’t know how this location is still running. Definitely not what you expect from a brand like Starbucks. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Total disappointment from start to finish.

I’m a super Starbucks fan and frequent at all nearby but especially this one. They make it with such detail and care, they don’t ask questions if you have 10 customizations they still make it. Drink creation time is amazing. They’re super nice and talkative. 10/10 5 star love u heres the latte I got today (blonde vanilla latte add strawberry cream cold foam)

They have no customer service skills, and they gave me about half the amount of coffee I should have received for a venti. Covering up how little coffee with half a cup of whip isn't smart.

It took 19 minutes for them to make my drinks… I was inside the lobby. They definitely pushed my order to the side.

I ordered a grande latte with an extra shot. I was charged $12.20. I was asked if i wanted napkins with my sandwhich and I stated that I did not order a sandwich. The barista then looked confused and asked what my order was. After giving my order i then asked if it was a different price for the latte or if it was the same $12.20 price and was told it was the same price. After getting to work I checked and the actual price should have been $6.50. I was charged almost double. I was lied to and overcharged. I won't be coming back.

Lots of politically-driven signage in their store. We just want to get a quick cup of coffee. We want to escape politics if but for a moment. We don't need more flags shoved in our eyes. Your job is to make coffee so just focus on that. Thanks guys.
