Worst experience, I think this store has no manager otherwise they won’t treat customers like this. No greeting, giving customers attitude for no reason they need to learn that we pay for our drinks and it’s not for free, smile won’t hurt and saying thank you won’t cost you anything. One of the worst stores ever.
LOVE the place, I always go here with my grandma and gets drinks or little snacks from here! Absolutely 💯 agree on this spot!

My husband and me came to Starbucks everyday. Mostly we came this store because it‘s closer to our house. We came drive thru this afternoon around 1:15pm. When we reached the window, the cashier a guy was the angry face to us. It seemed we owed him money. I‘ve been customer service over 10 years. That‘s the reason I never made any bad review for any store, even I got wrong drinks sometimes. Today the cashier was very bad working attitude. Also, my husband told him to use reward for one drink. He still charged us 2 drinks at $12.70. Absolutely, we won‘t come back this store for few weeks, bcs we don‘t want to see him again.

Terrible service! I buy coffee at Starbucks every day! And they wouldn't let me use the restroom without ordering! What nonsense is this? I think I'll change to a more welcoming coffee shop.
I avoid this Starbucks Because of the 40-year-old man that talks like he's a surfer, dude and says words like Shaw and righteous.
And says, don't do what I wouldn't do like what does that even mean? It's annoying and to be told what's up instead of hi, how are you? How's that professional?. Cringe

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, and it’s definitely gone through its ups and downs. Lately though, it feels like it’s on a bit of a downhill slide — the inside just isn’t as clean or welcoming as it used to be. The last few visits were rough enough that I’ve switched to using the drive-through only, which is usually fine, but it’s disappointing to see the overall atmosphere drop off like this.
I’m leaving this review because I know this store can be great — it has been before. I hope management can get things back to where they used to be, because it’s a convenient location and I’d love to actually enjoy coming inside again.

They forgot to put peach in my green tea. They apologized multiple times. Offered to remake me drink and upgraded it to a venti!

As for the service , I asked for light ice and received no ice in my drink. When I asked about it, I received an answer that was somewhat condescending so I just left with my no ice drink. Otherwise, I’m giving 2 stars because the location was clean & the drink was fine minus the no ice.
Local mall cafe vibes with super friendly staff who know my name and my drink of choice. Fast service and well-made drinks every time!

First of all I do thank you and your other amazing employees for making my drinks. Today apparently my drink was millions steps long and was a big deal as he rolled his eyes. Ok starbucks employee today some man that's always like awesome totally. I will no longer come to this location because it was a waste of your couple minutes of your worl life to make my millions of steps drink. Train your employees to keep their opi ions to them self or polity walk away then proceed to talk. Maybe also train them to have more of a happy facial expression rather then dull bring that other lady to the drive threw she was nice kind and never complained and was always so happy and cheerful. Now we got these dull non cheerful employees working mornings. Drink some coffee wake up.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit to Starbucks was unbelievably bad. First off, the service was horrible. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and treated customers like we were bothering them just by ordering. They were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping.
I ordered a simple drink and a sandwich, and somehow they managed to mess both up. The coffee was lukewarm, tasted burnt, and had the wrong milk. The sandwich? Cold in the middle and soggy like it had been sitting around forever.
The whole place was a mess too—tables sticky, trash overflowing, and no one seemed to care. I honestly don’t know how this location is still running. Definitely not what you expect from a brand like Starbucks. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Total disappointment from start to finish.
Service was really poor, the staff was rude and they did not customised the order according to the preference.
