Thank you to Edie and all the girls here, my coffee is always perfect and my snacks yummy. I work down the street so I'm here often and never disappointed

horrible staff! this morning i was with my kids at drive-thru, then they wanted to go to the toilet. i parked the car and went into the coffee shop, BUT they wouldn't let me and my kids (they are 2 and 7 years old) into the toilet!! the sales girl started demanding that i make my first purchase! after the customer saw this and said that we were at drive- thru, she told us what the code was for the toilet! is it possible to do that??? she saw that both of me came in with small kids!!!

Worst customer service I have ever gotten at a Starbucks. I am disabled 50+ yr old lady who stopped in because I had to use the restroom really bad. So I walk in ask for the code she said I had to order first I said I would once I come out and then she goes and said no I have to take your order first so I gave her my order (again ask for the code letting her know already three times that I had to use the restroom really bad) I asked for the code again and she said no you have to pay for your order now I said I will once I come out I really have to use the rest she said I cannot give you the code until you pay for your order I am just following company policy. I have never had this problem before and if this is the company policy they really need to show some leniency when a customer comes in saying how bad they need to use the restroom. I literally almost pooped my pants. SMH. And this is very embarrassing to post but I am so upset about this that I'm actually posting this while I'm using the restroom right now. SMH. Hands down the worst customer service ever.

Terrible service from the entire team, including the cashier. I asked for the bathroom password to use it and they asked me many questions before giving me the password, whether I had already placed my order or if I was going to do so. I drink coffee every day at Starbucks and have never been treated this way and I hope other people don't go through the same thing. Very sad.

Customer service is trash! Was at a drive in and asked for a drink and then asked if i could get light ice and the response i got was “you are not getting more of the drink just cause you ask for light ice” so if i ask for no ice they going to give me half a cup full?

I had to leave this place, because my kids were asked to go outside with their scooters.
We would like to leave scooters outside like it was suggested but if there were safe opportunities for that. Another child who also came with his scooter after school and was drinking his beverage was forced outside to the heat as well.
Let's be honest. This place is good for drive through. I rearly see people sitting inside. So it was not nice to force tired children outside. Thier scooters in the corner could only bother stuff, not visitors
