Rude customer service... they definitely are ridiculous about letting you use the restroom before you pay? Ok so If I have to go to the restroom so bad and can't wait until after I pay oh well? They wouldn’t let me use the restroom. They said I had to buy something, even though I had already bought coffee there earlier. So I was supposed to buy something again just to use the restroom? That’s awful. I’m never coming back to this place at this address.

The staff here were very friendly during checkout, but they quietly focused on their work. I saw news that Starbucks had resumed offering refills, but only for simple coffee served in glasses inside the store. However, other locations only served coffee in paper cups, and it took over ten visits to a Sacramento Starbucks before I finally got it in a glass. While refills might actually be possible even with paper cups, at this location I felt the company policy and brand were being upheld. Even if it's a bit farther away, I want to visit this store again.

I Walk in to the Starbucks and ask them to use the restroom they saying sorry you gotta make a purchase first! What if I need to use the restroom first then make a purchase? Do I look like a homeless? What if I just make a purchase on drive-through? Or if I am not hungry or thirsty at this moment? So I cannot use the restroom? Doesn’t make any sense

Thank you to Edie and all the girls here, my coffee is always perfect and my snacks yummy. I work down the street so I'm here often and never disappointed
horrible staff! this morning i was with my kids at drive-thru, then they wanted to go to the toilet. i parked the car and went into the coffee shop, BUT they wouldn't let me and my kids (they are 2 and 7 years old) into the toilet!! the sales girl started demanding that i make my first purchase! after the customer saw this and said that we were at drive- thru, she told us what the code was for the toilet! is it possible to do that??? she saw that both of me came in with small kids!!!

Worst customer service I have ever gotten at a Starbucks. I am disabled 50+ yr old lady who stopped in because I had to use the restroom really bad. So I walk in ask for the code she said I had to order first I said I would once I come out and then she goes and said no I have to take your order first so I gave her my order (again ask for the code letting her know already three times that I had to use the restroom really bad) I asked for the code again and she said no you have to pay for your order now I said I will once I come out I really have to use the rest she said I cannot give you the code until you pay for your order I am just following company policy. I have never had this problem before and if this is the company policy they really need to show some leniency when a customer comes in saying how bad they need to use the restroom. I literally almost pooped my pants. SMH. And this is very embarrassing to post but I am so upset about this that I'm actually posting this while I'm using the restroom right now. SMH. Hands down the worst customer service ever.
