Showed up at 5 to meet a friend. Doors are locked. Drive through is running. Sign says closes at 7. Staff just looked at me when I pulled on the door. DM or Manager needs to address this.

Went through the drive thru and couldn't have been greeted with better customer service. It was late in the day and close to closing, and the workers made our experience over the top! I'm definitely going to be going back.

Hours apply to drive thru and not the lobby. Lobby gets closed three hours before they actually close. Maybe update your hours to properly reflect that. Was planning on getting something. But oh well. An actual Starbucks can accept the bill and $5 top I usually leave.
