The employee at this Starbucks was extremely rude. It’s clear she doesn’t like her job and maybe should consider changing it instead of spreading negativity. Such behavior creates a very unpleasant experience for customers

Really like the store but could you PLEASE enforce the mask mandate? I was there today and saw so many people walking around without masks, I had to stop an employee and ask if the mandate had been lifted and I wasn’t aware. The man in the deli said they aren’t allowed to say anything. SOMEONE should.

A few of the baristas here are good but it’s the ones who answer their phone in the middle of your order for a personal call or the ones who give their friends free stuff in front of you and gossip about other customers that really make it unenjoyable and awkward to come here. There is a gentle man that works behind the counter (not sure his name) but he is younger and has braces who is really good with customers and I witnessed him Handles a couple of a very rude customers with such professionalism and remained calm cool and collected and the drinks he makes are always perfect. I always stop by when he’s working to order but pass by though when some of the gals are working.

Went into the store and saw a couple at the sandwich counter without masks. They didn’t even have the mask out to be seen. Then saw them again at the self check out. Not once did I see anyone address them for not wearing mask. Wonder if the outcome would have been different had they been people of color. Covid is still live and active. If you don’t want to wear a mask shop online. Safeway should care more about their loyal customers and enforce the recommended protocol for keeping businesses open.
