So upset with CALFORNA Starbucks greedy policy literally has nothing to do with the employees I hope not, but they wouldn't give me a free drink for my birthday I've been getting free drinks since I was like 20; came on my birthday had my license and everything and nothing even have the app lame! Staff said it could be because I hadn't had Starbucks in like 3 weeks so they didn't give me a birthday coupon still are you kidding me?

Hello I am a realtor in elk Grove and came here today, Tuesday July 2, 2024, to study to renew my license. I was supposed to get a half-priced drink with the Starbucks app as informed by the very nice girl at the cash register, between 3 and 3:30 pm so I downloaded the app and proceeded to fill out all my personal information. The cashier girl had to leave and she instructed the big african american guy that took over the cash register, he was not very knowledgeable and/or honest with my order as he overcharged me (full price) on the drink, did not inform me about it and did not give me a receipt. I just happened to check the balance on my credit card on my cell phone, when I realized he had overcharged me. So he said he would refund me even though the drink was already made and sitting on the counter he refused to honor the half price offered by the previous cashier. He said they have the drinks that are not claimed, when I asked him!!
Very much disappointed. Shouldn't the customers come first?
I hope the owner reads this review and has a serious conversation with him.

Horrible
This is very very light on ice for them! Ordered $6.00 worth of drink and got 70% ice in the cup. Not sure what would I get if I didn’t ask for light ice.

Loved this shop! So friendly when we came in. Yummy sandwich ?. Yummy Americano. My only concern was that there weren't gingerbread cookies. Not thei fault. I will be back soon!
