Purchased a carmel crunch frap that tasted like ice water only...wasted my appetite for a refreshing drink. And yes, this was a second request because the first order was like a milk drink let alone, the 2nd wasn't any better.
I got my usual mobile order, and a snack inside. Because of the wait, the shift leader let me have the snack on the house. I appreciate this, and hope management does not discourage this level of service.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this location. I had the pre-assumption that it was going to be overcrowded, tight, and with not many seating options. I was wrong. It had various types of seating, each with plug outlets close by. The feel is open, and because of the space and orientation of the tables, each seating area gives you a sense of privacy.
