Bathrooms are out of order and they won’t let use the other one for employees only. Seems like a health code violation for a food and beverage establishment to not have a usable bathroom for customers.
Their food isn’t on display like most Starbucks so you have to listen their mumbly employee tell you all of them and then they get the order wrong anyway.

I placed an order at 6.50AM, and the app gave me the option of how I wanted to pick it up. I chose to pick it up inside the restaurant since it’s faster and I don’t have to wait in the drive-thru line. But when I arrived around 6.56AM, the restaurant was closed. Fine,I try picked it up through the drive-thru window, but it’s funny that the worker told me you have wait more because we are still making your order I didn’t get my order i just left and that guy say next time I should go straight to the drive-thru because the inside is still closed. Then change the hours in the app! What’s the point of giving customers the choice if it doesn’t actually work?

My beverage had a hair in it! I called in my complaint. The lady who answered was nice and empathetic. She told me to come in and they'll remake it. When I returned they told me there was no record of it and they couldn't assist me because I didn't have a receipt. 😓
Women that work here are very rude one of them made a mistake on my drink and was a simple fix but was very snobby about it and they all pretty much talked smack under there breath after the fact like I couldn’t hear them. Place should re consider on hiring better people but will never come here again.
