I ordered a venti hot peppermint mocha and when I got my drink it was a grande so I asked the guy if I paid for a venti and he said yes then said they will make a venti, cool. I wasn't rude or anything. Mistakes happen, he asked if I wanted to keep the grande and I said yes, when I got my venti drink it had absolutely no flavor. The grande was fine. I feel like the person who made my drink did it on purpose because they had to remake it because of their mistake.

Worst service ever I ordered a Venti drink with no ice via mobile order they filled my cup halfway full so I asked why is it half full they said cause I asked for no ice then the barista said it will be a .70 cent charge to fill it im like I think not by then the manager walked up and said go ahead fill it then I asked for a cup of ice and the barista was rude so I will take my service elsewhere ✌🏾

Meena deserves a raise. That woman was amazing. Every single person that came in was greeted by Meena. She was awesome at communicating want drinks were coming out. She made drinks significantly faster than estimated. Awesome job.

This is the worst starbucks I have ordered anything from. I have door dashed items or gone in person. If you go in person you’ll be waiting over 30 minutes and if you doordash your order will be messed up. I placed an order this morning and there was literal plastic left with my food. The quality is 0, the service is 0 and honestly the worst Starbucks to go to or order from

I got 3 coffee drinks caramel frappe, pumpkin spice frappe, and water. The pumpkin spice tasted horrible like a cheap candle, it was literally orange I'm sure it's not supposed to be since I've ordered before at another location and it did not looked like that, they even forgot the cinnamon. The caramel frappe looked like a hot mess but it was good and drinkable lol. Customer service was nice barista did seem tired as she even forgot the water.. experience was alright, but so not worth spending money on the pumpkin spice here.

Ordered 2 drinks and was not happy with either one who ever made them didn't know how or was still learning the first drink was a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade and the second was a frozen pineapple passionfruit lemonade it was lacking the fruit in both drinks and they tasted horrible..........
