brianna is amazing. she has qualities i have never seen before, i am very impressed with her performance after my experience with her and watching her work.
Ordered the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha Latte with Caramel drizzle. Very not happy with the outcome of it. I asked for Caramel drizzle but where’s the drizzle? It looks like they just squeezed a tiny amount to the bottom of the cup and called it a day. And the lavender cream doesn’t look like the usual I’d get from the other locations. I honestly didn’t feel like going back to get it remade. I just got off of work and I’m exhausted. Wanted to get a treat for myself, at least make it correctly as to how it’s suppose to be made.
Place was clean. Workers were friendly but when taking my order they got my drink wrong and took too long to make it when it was a simple iced coffee.
I just had a ridiculous experience with your location on Norwood Avenue in Sacramento. And besides the expensive price paid for the visit (and continually getting more so) I will never again visit this particular store. I bought a trenta iced coffee drink and breakfast sandwich via the drive thru. After I finished eating and drinking in the parking lot I later came inside to use the restroom. I placed my by then empty drink cup in the recycle bin and asked for the code to the restroom. At first the employee was reluctant to give me the code. I stated that I had just thrown away my empty cup to prove that I was a paying customer and he said that I could have simply picked up an empty cup from outside just so I could use their bathroom. Mind you I was wearing my full work uniform and not a random homeless person off the street. I asked again for the code and it was finally given to me. After I was finished I asked for the manager on duty - at 2pm on 4/26/25 - and relayed my experience on what transpired. The manager stated that in the future the policy is that because I used the drive thru and left the store that if I later came inside it would be necessary to make a new purchase in order to use the restroom. I was made to feel like my business was not appreciated and it was an example of horrible customer service.

Nice people but the food is always spoiled. Went this morning and should've known. The protein boxes always have bad fruit
My drink was terrible. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, and the service at the front was frustrating. The cashier refused to let me use the restroom, even though I had already bought a drink. She didn’t believe me because I didn’t have an online order. I told her I had ordered in person and explained that I couldn’t leave and come back. I pointed out that I had been sitting for two hours with a client. After that, she finally let me use the restroom
Customer service is poor. minimum effort given. So sad, cuz they used to have such a great crew working there. HR and hiring team needs to go. Trainer error for sure.

Worst experience ever. I am pregnant and needed to go to the bathroom at around 1:15pm on January 29th 2025 and the girl with the long pink hair refused to let me use the bathroom before I ordered a drink even though the person in front of me was allowed to use it without ordering anything. Then I ordered a drink and she was giving me a lot of attitude on which bathroom to use. I feel very discriminated that was the eorst possible customer service I have ever recruit Starbucks.

Manager on shift dec 7 2024 at 10:52 did a great job on figuring out my order and transactions. Love her work ethic and enthusiasm!! She needs a raise ASAP!! didn't get her name but shes amazing, green and brown curly hair and freckles. She's super nice and sweet! Will be ordering more now!
