I don't understand when it says that I have 100 points and I can redeem it. But when I in order today, the lady told me that i'm not able to redeem unless I have two hundred points, that's false advertisement it says on my app that I could redeem it with 100 points. You guys should change it, because that's false advertisement
Good place to talk with friends
The place is cool but the bathrooms are nasty! Almost every Starbucks nowadays has very dirty bathrooms. Instead of all the workers standing around someone should be cleaning the restrooms. People want to be paid more and more but don’t want to do the job and cleaning is part of the job.
Very friendly and welcoming staff — all smiles and truly pleasant. Great coffee and great vibes!
We are having an office party today. Waited 15 minutes before even acknowledged. People were blatantly cutting in front of us, and we were ignored by the baristas. When we finally got help, we tried to order a couple of travelers. Instead, we were told that they didn't have time for that. What? You can't make a pot of regular and decaf coffee with no weird add-ins, but you can make a bunch of individual orders? Also, there was no recommendation or suggestion to order ahead of time, so didn't know if we were supposed to do that. Just a refusal of service. Never coming here.

The crew was busy and doing a great job handling the drive through and walk up volume. The barista was fast and efficient. Unfortunately, the front area was inhospitable. It appears designed to be pressure washed, furnishings and!! Worst of all the electrical receptacles are all blanked off. I understand why. But this impacts your customers more than the undesirable elements that you are doing this for. My laptop at the moment seems to have battery problems and this leaves me stuck after making my purchase. So lesson learned I guess.

I recently visited this location and had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The store wasn’t very busy, either inside or at the drive-through, but the staff was not friendly at all. They didn't ask for my name, which made it confusing to find my order when it was ready. I also had to ask for a straw and sugar, and when they finally gave them to me, the staff did so with an unpleasant attitude. This is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks.
