It's September 9th 2025, and I came to this drive through early morning before my job, and the person at the window that was giving me my drink was just so rude. i don't know If she's was just having a bad morning but you shouldn't be like that with your customers. I don't know what that girl's going through. But she needs to deal with it before she gets on the clock. Sorry, Starbucks, I love Starbucks. But this time, this customer service has ruined it.

Lady at the window didn’t say one word when handing me my order! Always rude people working when I show up, go somewhere else

Weird vibes. They say you must purchase to even be there.

Rude customer service. I simply asked if they take cash (because in the past I tried paying with a physical card and they asked me to use my Starbucks app instead) and the woman at the drive thru rudely and very loudly, repeated my question like I was stupid rather than simply answering my question. The whole interaction was not friendly at all. I understand the question may have caught her by surprise but there could have been a better way to handle that.

I'm a regular at Starbucks I spend $300 a month on the app ordering coffee and you could say that I'm a regular not at this location but I am a regular ☕💲. But this location has very bad customer service if you read some of the other reviews it talks about it 😠👎. go to the one down the street you will be happy you did 👍😊.

This drive-through takes forever. I drive down to the Starbucks on Howe Avenue in Folsom because the service there is so fast and the product is always on white.

I arrived at 5 PM. It says that the coffee shop is open until 5:30 PM. However, an employee just closed the door in my face, saying that they were done for the day.

Overall, I am satisfied with Starbuck's, however, sat in the drive-thru with quite a back of vehicles, only to learn that were not open. This has happened many times in the past as well. A sign on the drive thru would be appreciated.
