These guys were very disrespectful when I tried to use the restroom. They rushed me out of the building because they were closing but failed to notify me as I went in the restroom and told me midway to go somewhere else when I just started. Absolutely terrible service

Went today to have coffee with family and when we asked about the outdoor seating the manager/supervisor said “we’ve never had outdoor seating”. Well that isn’t true since we’ve been going to this location since it opened but more so it was his response. Very rude and condescending. The only friendly staff member was the one who took our order. Do better!

Nearly 30 minutes after they were supposed to be open, they were closed still with employees inside. I can understand 10 minutes, but when you have 5 cars in line and 3 wanting to go inside, it's a pain. I usually wouldn't be frustrated, but this isn't the first time this has happened.

Post your hours, especially on Christmas day. On Christmas day, SB decided to have paying customers confused outside while staff were inside ignoring us! It takes a few seconds to post your hours for Christmas.

I wish you would ask for sanitary purposes to ask homeless people who eminatting bad body smell to vacate the establishment. It made my visit to this location rather bad. As person with asthma it was so bad his stench that immediately had cancel my meet up with friend go home for nebulizer treatment. This is my neighborhood Starbucks. The people are friendly and the store is usually not crowded, except for ~7-8am. They used to have tables with umbrellas outside but those went away with the influx of homeless people.

This location is pretty hit and miss. BE SURE TO ORDER YOUR DRINK WITH NO FOAM. Many times I've ordered from here and when I got to my location, there's a good inch or more gone from where the foam used to be. SB's drinks are already expensive enough for what they are. The least they can do is fill the cup.Most of the staff here are friendly and helpful. Some are not.They pay way more attention to the drive through than the walk in customers but that's becoming an issue with most Starbucks locations.
