Always a crapshoot when you order ahead. The app never tells you what’s out of stock and when you go to pick up and notice part of your order is missing, you have to flag down two different staff members to figure out what happened and wait another 10 minutes only for them to tell you what your ordered is out of stock. They simply offer what’s left and no peace offering for the inconvenience. Workflow at this store is simply atrocious for the volume.

Service was absolutely horrible.
I watched someone make my drink and then leave it on the counter 1/2 finished for 15 minutes.
When I asked if it was mine, they through a lid on it and said yeah.
By then it had watered down to nothing. Dont wait your money. Everyone at this location doesn’t give a crap about customer service.

The service was absolutely awful I stood in line for about half an hour got up to order only to find out they don’t have what I want then when I go to pay with cash they said we don’t take cash then I remember the exact same thing happened to me two years ago and there is still no sign saying they don’t accept cash then the barista and at one point snapped at me she was very rude and was very slow and doing other things in the middle of ordering.

Horrible. Placed a mobile order and waited 25 mins. It never came. If you don’t have 45+ minutes don’t go. I literally wasted $20 on my order because they were SO slow.

No zero option.Worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I appreciate that the crowd was out of control, but I stood for half an hour for a mobile order before I went up to the counter only to find out they didn't have the cold brew for my drink. I agreed to used iced coffee and when I got my drink it was wrong. The gal took it back to fix it. When I got it back again the barista didn't acknowledge me and didn't speak to me. Topper - it was still wrong. Just wow.....
