Had to wait several minutes for the 3 people working to stop laughing and playing around with each other before being acknowledged. Then I ordered a turkey sandwich and was told they didn't have that one, no biggy. There was another turkey sandwich which would be fine. Then she got distracted by another employee and forgot about it. Then a guy came out from the back and she looked at me and said oh yea, he needs a turkey sandwich. So he grabbed one and threw it in the oven. I went to pay and was told they weren't currently accepting cash. Again, no big deal and payed with a card. Got my food and went to catch my shuttle. Then opened up the bag and it was an egg sandwich, not even close. All together a big fail.

Nice seating for those not in a rush but oh my the prices for drinks / egg bites / etc are crazy.
Would recommend only if you have a flight delay or need a caffeine boost prior to driving somewhere far outside of Sacramento.

On the way to a flight, we picked up some coffee here and sat in a tiny area to rest. We had a long delay before our flight, so it was a welcome spot to kill some time.
I never really leave reviews. But I'm soooo disappointed. I waited in such a long line waiting and people who were far behind me kept getting served before me. On top of it my frapachino is horrible after giving it to me I asked why it looks this way they said their frapichino machine is down yet still made me keep it and didn't give me my money back. I thought this place would be more then excellent because of location. Never coming to this one again. Even if I'm desperate

Horrible! The coffee was awful, could not drink it. Then we watched and employee drop bread on the floor, put it back on the rool cart and put it into the walk in. Very unsanitary! Never again ?

For the first time ever!!! Had a refund—the drink was made wrong asked for a remake and the manager stepped in and offer a refund. Wao—not Starbucks ?so disappointed
We ordered our food online and when we came here the lady didn't even know we had an online order. Then when I told her she wasn't very nice and didn't even have the food we ordered, we had to get something else. Also before we were able to eat our food the paper wrap got broken. Terrible service!

Wish there was a zero star option. Stood waiting for service for 5 minutes while 3 staff members ignored me. Eventually gave up and left.
The young guy cashier in the 5 am shift of 02/19 has terrible listening and doesn’t smile! As he repeated my order, he included mocha coffee in addition to the macchiato. I told him I only ordered grande macchiatto, cancel the mocha and so he did. When I got charged, it was $19, and when I checked the receipt, he did not cancel the mocha. So i went back to the cashier and they said they gonna call the manager coz only him can cancel my order. The manager came after -5 mins. He refunded me of the mocha. When I got my order, I received a Tall macchiato when I ordered grande. For an aiport vicinity, it is such a hassle and delay to have this kind of service when you’re catching a flight!!!
