I loveed a woman so much that I used to stop and get her Starbucks everytime i went home to her. I wasnt great to her and she had some nasty secrets for me. She left me and moved to texasI I tried hard to won her back. Things seemed better. I lost her for good on Friday August 15, 2025. And that was also the day Starbucks stopped appealing to me. Kim, i miss you. If you ever see this message in a bottle just know, I love you.

I ordered a ham & cheese croissant took a bite and discovered it was cold. I put it back in the bag and took it back letting them know it was cold. They took it out of the bag and warmed it up. When they gave it back to me they scolded me because I didn’t tell them I took a bite. I responded by saying that I thought they were going to give me a new one, which they should have find. Several red flags. It’s a health and safety issue and they were rude to me. Don’t get made at me because you couldn’t see that I took a bite. Also the cashier was disinterested when she took my order. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. This experience is so unusual for Starbucks.

Had a great experience at Starbucks! The staff was incredibly cheerful and welcoming, which made my visit even better. I ordered three coffee travelers, and they had everything prepared promptly and perfectly. Excellent service from start to finish—fast, friendly, and efficient. Always appreciate the positive energy and professionalism at this location

I came in to inquire about the Carmel Foam notification in my app. The first thing the cashier said was is that still going on to his coworker. Once confirmed he then says you have to have the app. I then repeated myself....I received a notification in my app and want to know what it is? He said it's the option to add flavor to your drink. I said no thank you may I just get a cup of ice with $2.00 in my hand he just says it will be on that end. I stepped to the end and waited until Daniel made 3 drinks before I asked for my ice. Daniel says to me it's drinks in front of your ice, but I will get it now.

The staff are unfriendly, judgemental, and lack basic customer service.

nice coffee shop, nice atmosphere and polite staff. you can get tasty strong coffee if you like it. very convenient for meeting friends or spending some time alone reading a book

The drinks are terrible. The staff has a very bad attitude. I suggest placing straws in the self service area so customers don’t have to wait in a long line just to get a straw from unfriendly staff.

The customer service could be better but drinks are made great. The place is chill and can get very busy at times but overall it's cool. The wait time was okay and no one was really in the store but overall the wait time was good enough for me.
