Just make sure you ignore their open time employees never show up on time, so their open time is typically 30 minutes to an hour after it says. Open 4:30 am sign on the door every day that's say sorry not open until 5:00 am sometimes it's 5:30 am. I didn't think a coffee job was that hard ?

Specifically asked the young lady at the drive thru for their biggest size on my otder, and somehow, she got me the smallest size. I had to wait a few minutes longer while my order was fixed with the right size missing my upside down request. Forgive me. I tend to forget to use the word "Venti," so I just say your biggest size instead. I sure hope it's not too much of a trouble.

In thirty plus years as a Starbucks customer this was my first experience like this. The Barista at the register was very unfriendly, unapproachable, and unprofessional. She appeared to hate the idea of having to be there. Worst ever customer experience at any Starbucks.
3/5 like how full my cup is every time I go in to this store :) not once, not twice, not thrice, and more than quice. They still charge the full amount though, interesting.

Worst Starbucks yet. The lady in the front with the big eyelashes was super rude. I got a hot chocolate and it was all foam. Then I ordered a burrito and it was still frozen in the middle but they treated me like was a crazy person when I asked for a refund!! No thank you! I can't stand rude

It's not terrible, but the staff is distracted a lot of the time. And seriously, how hard is it to place the names on the cups outwards so everyone doesn't have to touch other people's drinks!?

Starbucks is loosing the basics of maintaining quality and cleanliness. Staff was sour and the place was dirty. No one seems to wipe down tables and care about sweeping.
